I went here just because of the bad reviews. I went in knowing every negative experience was not going to happen to me.

During covid you can't just walk in so they have to be attentive from the door. "may I take your temperature? "

Besides the young lady not printing out my online forms requesting me to fill them out instead (I just let her know to print them that's why I did it in advance) my experience was excellent.

I did have concerns about the anti-glare coating not being effective. However the manager satisfied that concern with great resolve. I really appreciated the service provided by all the staff.

This was my first time with America's Best. I have been wearing glasses for years so I am fully aware of the process. The staff was extremly friendly and knowledgable! I will be back again!

I was happy with the quick service of an eye exam and seeing the doctor to picking out frames that suited my personality. Great office personel and very helpful staff from the moment of coming in to about an hour and a half out.

Lauren gives excellent customer service and knows her stuff the Dr. Was very informative and Joeseph has the whole operation running smoothly wait times were short! They even fixed my broken glasses see you guys in two weeks to pick up my new glasses!

If you want to save money on glasses I would recommend Eyebuydirect or Warby Parker. Don’t come here. The quality isn’t good at all. I spent almost $300 on glasses and I couldn’t wear any of them. The quality was so bad. Even the doctor’s prescription wasn’t accurate. I went to another place and received a different result for my eye exam

I bring my prescription printed. Look for 2 styles that I love (there is always a great variety). And they have kept my business for 3 years so they know all the special features I need and my insurance info.

However I cant make an opinion on the test because I go to my own eye doctor for that. However his office has options that are too pricey.

Great covid measures. I felt safe and you can still try all the styles. You are given a tray for your picks and the ones you did not like are put on another tray to be disinfected before put back on display.

Everyone was extremely nice except the Black guy in the initial exam room. He called my name from a room where I didn’t know it was coming from and he was not very nice at all. He could use some customer sensitivity training if he is going to continue to deal with the public.

Most of the customers who came into this location, the day I went in, expected the employees to solve their personal problems. When I was in for my appointment, there were at least 5 other customers who were aggressive/ rude to the employees because they aren't responsible enough to keep up with their appointments or needs, trying to get everything for free. The employees are just doing their job and following their store policy. One of the customers made a big scene because the employees weren't able to provide her with a contact trials/ sample because her prescription was expired and decided to go at last minute. The customer service I've received in this location is great! They explain everything very thoroughly about glasses and contacts. Most of these comments are just customers who are probably disrespectful to the employees and irresponsible to keep up with their own stuff. The staff are nice and kind, especially to the new General manager Joseph and a young man Brandon they have outstanding customer service skills. The doctors are really good as well and very kind.

I got a call 5/23/2020 to let me know my glasses were ready for pick-up only to get there and they were not what I picked out so they do another order and since it's been two weeks, I called this morning 6/6/2020 to find out if my glasses were ready and I was told they were ready for pick-up. I was so excited only to get there and they were the same wrong pair from two weeks ago. I don't understand this, how do you send the same wrong pair twice! Needless to say, I am giving them the third and final time to get my order right. The manager showed me in the computer that they are showing what I ordered but for some reason the same wrong pair has been shipped twice. Not getting glasses from America's Best again. This was my first and it will be last time.

Don't waste your time a nd especially your hard earned money.a $450 pair if glasses comes with no warranty at all.please read all the reviews on this store and you will learn a lesson @$#^%$@! #

I usually read the reviews before calling but I failed to do so this time. Called to see the available times and the guy that answered first hung up on me and when I called back was being very rude.

I just made an appointment for my daughter and the girl who answered seemed like she didn't want to be bothered by anyone. Really rude and not into her job. I think I'm going to cancel the appointment and drive an extra 5 five for better customer service.

After going to several exclusive optometrist in Houston, i saw this location. They were busy and busy usually means they are doing something right or all wrong, in my book. After I relocated to the area of town, I found this was the only optometrist that got my prescription correct. After reading many of the reviews, it seems like it's more of a customer service issue in house, than it is with the doctors that are there! Because my experience was totally awesome with the doctor. I am one who usually purchase my glasses online, so I double check to make sure all the information is on my prescription before I walk out. I am looking forward to them reopening soon. It is time to get these eyes examined correctly, once again.

Dr. Nguyen was excellent, very friendly and efficient. Front desk was accommodating, and help getting my glasses was easy and fast. I highly recommend this branch!

Called over the phone and tried to place a refill for contacts and they hung up on my face exclaiming that i never placed an order, i called back and they i would have to come in to get a copy of my prescription, when i came in (with receipt proof) they then told me that didn’t pay for my previous prescription.then they told me that all of my previous transactions were cleared? They only had one person working the phone and one other person there to help.totally do not recommend this place, they are truely “the ghetttooooo”
