8/16: Fatima and Deania helped me today. Everything went well and I got my prescriptions ordered. Was just more expensive than I was expecting with my insurance. I have EyeMed, it's supposed to cover $150, the cost of my contacts, but I also got glasses (only 1 frame) and it was $252.95 at the end. I maybe should have come and done it separately a second time to do my glasses and get their deal on glasses instead.

8/24: I do feel a bit bad because it was mostly a positive experience but editing my review to less positive because when I went to pick up my glasses they were not the correct frames or lens, and I was told to wait for a call informing me what the new status is. If I had received my glasses I would have felt less annoyed about Deania adding the Verithin Package and Anti Reflection coating to my lens after I repeatedly told her I wanted plain lens. I originally felt it was my fault for not pushing for the 2 for 79.95 deal and making sure the lens were plain before paying but the missing glasses have just compounded the negativity of my experience. When I receive my glasses I will change the review to 3 stars but until then 2 it is.

Very great experience! Ms. Lisa sat down and helped coach me put contacts in for over 2 hours and was very kind and patient with me the entire time. Unfortunately, I decided to not go with the contacts (didnt quite have the time to be wrestling with them every morning lol.) But Ms. Dee was also very helpful and saved me money when my insurance decided to be a nuisance and basically cover nothing, she helped me out by giving me one of the store deals and giving me a good price. All in all I had a great experience and will definitely be going back in the future.

The staff is so nice throughout the whole process! I was long overdue for a new prescription and they made it all so easy. Deserie was a great help at checkout! Can’t wait for my 2 new pairs of glasses

The doctor was thorough and took his time and explained himself well. The girl who helped me first was nice and thorough as well.

Deanna helped me with my glasses and contacts. She said everyone calls her D. This is where my eye doctor experience went to another level of customer service. I'm 48. As I was looking at frames, I realized that this was the first time in my life that I was solo in picking frames. I chose 2 styles that I liked, but once I sat down with her, she asks if they felt okay because they looked super tight. They were tight. My glasses are always tight, they squeeze my head and it gives me a headache. I've never had anyone do this ever. So she gets up goes over grabs a pair they look the same and they feel great. I had two frames picked out. These are the same way, too tight. I like the way they look, but they were too tight. So D pretty much picked my glasses for me. Which is good because I probably still be there trying to find the right frame if she hadn't have done that. They're comfortable and I like to look of them. So you've really got an asset to your company working for you, because I would have taken those that I picked out and I would have never been happy with them just like I've never been happy with any pair of glasses I've ever had. So, she has my eternal thanks for that.

Anyway, please feel free to use this compliment in her next performance review because she is very good at her job.

Soon as we walked in the door everyone was friendly dee took great care of us getting us check in and Lisa’s was friendly and nice, she informed us on extra discounts if we were to buy more than one pair or sunglasses or any eyewear. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing eyewear.

I love America's Best! They're always on time with their scheduled appts and their sales team is always friendly, helpful and professional. My optician Deanna who helped me today showed me a designer pair of frames that was in my insurance budget and also showed me the value in getting transition lenses. Her great sense of humor made this a fun visit and I can't wait to see my new glasses!

Deannia was great to work with on my eye glass selection and very knowledgeable I’m glad a decided to change and go to America’s Best for my eye exam and new glasses. I saved at least 600 dollars and am very satisfied with purchase

Excellent people were friendly helpful and help me get the best deal of available for me they have it better than the insurance so I was very pleased Leanna and Lisa were excellent we used to give him a raise

Deania was a good employee. She held a good conversation and was so enthusiastic and vibrant. She is super nice and I think she definitely deserves a raise! Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful and patient with me. I enjoyed my experience and 10/10 would go back!

My mother got an eye exam in May that included contacts. She contacts had to be special ordered so she was told to give it some time before they would be ready. My mother has been calling and calling getting put on hold hung up and basically given the run around about her contacts. I finally called today and was put on hold for over six mins. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The exam was excellent. Unfortunately the service stop there! I ordered contacts and glasses on the day of the exam. I told that my contact order was in the system and I just needed to call back to verify I liked the trial contacts the next week. However, when I called back to confirm that I like my trial contacts; no one knew what was going on. I received one answer from the lady who answered the phone and and then she wanted me to come back in just to sign a paper to order contacts that she couldn't find in the system. When I said that didn't sound right she transferred me to the lady I originally placed my order with. Then this lady now tells me the contact order was not set up and that I am going to owe an additional $60 something dollars for contacts that were supposed $407.37 I had already paid. Then as she starts breaking down the cost - I asked why I am having to pay another deductible. So, then she says oh no you don't have to pay that do you only on $50 something. When I get frustrated and tell her I'm not confident in what she is telling (because I have had at least different answers in this one conversation) she keeps interrupting me while I'm trying to speak. So (yes, and I shouldn't have raised my voice) but I did telling her to quit interrupting me that she was being rude.she hung up on me! Unfortunately, I really liked the eye doctor but I will not be going back.

The crew working here were very nice and helpful. They helped me with relearning how to put in my contacts and didn’t get frustrated or annoyed with how long it took. Okay he workers and dr were all very kind!

Came here on a Saturday for glasses and contacts prescriptions. The weekend staff were amazing- no issues there, no wait, got me right in, super friendly. Now, every time I call during the week (which has been 2x, the first was to correct my contact brand, the second was to ask about a trial pair they ordered me), I’m greeted by people who speak in short sentences and do not let me explain the reason for my call, they cut me off and place me on hold. The first call, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When I hung up and called back, I got the same person as before who rudely told me all contact lens are the same. When I called the second time to follow up on the trial pair, I was passed from person to person until the last person was also pretty rude and told me that it’s only been 2 weeks since I was seen there and it takes 4-6 for the trials to come in. I’d rather not go back to this location at all.

Very timely service.
Doctor & staff were very friendly.
Deania processed my order for new frames and heard me out about an issue i had with my current frames and adjusted them for me resulting in it resolving the issue.

. 8 wks in I still have no glasses.after waiting 3 wks after a reexam. I called yesterday. They told me they showed no order for me. The manager would call me back. I call again this morning. Told me manager would call me back. No call back by 1pm. I go up there to see what's going on. I ask for manager. Her approach to me was rude and defensive She could have apologizedfor my inconvenience.manager said they were ordered But didnt know when they would come in she doesn'tcontrol that. I got a refund and left after that's all she offered to doWorst experience ever

Horrible customer service. The lady working on 4/19/22 @ 12: 00 was extremely unprofessional and straight up lazy. She didn’t want to provide any kind of customer service and another worker there decided to raise her voice at me for no reason… if you choose to work in customer service, learn to communicate.

I been to this place about 3 times and never had a problem with them checking my insurance. I gave the young lady my insurance card within 2 minutes tells me my insurance is declined, I’m not sure but I know they usually take a bit more to check and it’s the same insurance as last year. I was already there and needed a update prescription for my contacts in order to get more so I paid everything out of pocket. Now the lady who helped me with mr contacts was great but she didn’t explain what this “joining the club” was and signed me up. I was to the point of walking out with the whole insurance being declined, waiting for them to help me I just paid and left. They were great in sending me emails and text messages for my appointment almost 3 times a day before my appointment so we can give them that:).
