America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Plano TX

This is the absolute worst America’s best I have ever been to. This is the second year in a row I came and they messed my stuff up the manager Heather she is horrible. She is doing fraudulent things with the insurance and has all my stuff messed up. She ran my insurance in june or July for my exam and contacts but credited my exam for may. You can’t hold my stuff and charge my insurance for a previous month for a service that was done before my renewal date of my benefit year. This is the 2nd year in a row. I will be calling my insurance!

Jenn is a wonderful young lady, very helpful and caring. I recommend everyone to come and see her. She is a super Thank you Jenn to solve my problem.

This place is awesome. I go there for all my prescription glasses. Kayla is a phenomenal employee. Took her time in having us pick out the frame. Never rushed us and with complete focus and attention to her customer's needs. Highly recommend this place. Even though I have closer Americas Best places and its a bit far from I live, I still prefer to go to this location for their customer service.

I had the most amazing person named Jennifer that helped me with getting the two pairs of glasses. I had the best experience ever and she deserves a raise and I will be back.

This was my first time at America’s Best on W. Parker. I was greeted with the team with great hospitality. Dr. Cindy Nguyen was very thorough and explained to me about my prescription and astigmatism. Jen was very friendly and she showed me different options and payment. The optician helped me with picking out my glasses and the best frame for my face. I received discount which was a huge help since I don’t have vision insurance. I highly recommend this place. I will come back for sure.

I enjoyed my experience coming in to this store. When I first walked in Brandy and Kayla-Ann welcomed us. They walked me and my son through the process to where I felt welcomed and knowledgeable as we were leaving. Natasha also did a a great job with my sons pretest. Thank your for the experience ladies.

Jennifer was incredible! Wonderful customer service from start to finish! She assisted us with the initial part of the exam and was there to assist after meeting with the doctor, in selecting frames and completing the purchase. Very professional and kind!

Seriously these ladies made my WHOLE WEEK better. I made an appointment last minute for a glasses & contacts exam for 12: 20 pm, hoping to get my peepers checked while my sweet mom got a medical procedure nearby. Worried I may not be on time to pick her up, I showed up and THESE ROCKSTAR WOMEN MADE IT WORK! Brandy (shining star of a woman) got me into see Dr. Nguyen at 11: 50, who was professional, kind and just awesome.

Natasha did my diagnostic testing and was just as fantastic as the doctor, and Brandy! Nohely checked me out and was just the sweetest, kindest person. America’s Best might be a chain, but THIS location is OFF THE CHAIN AWESOME! They definitely made me a lifetime patient.

Kayla Jernigan was an absolute pleasure during our experience. She went the extra mile to educate us on the why and benefit of having certain things in our glasses. If more salesperson were like Kayla. AB would see soaring profits. Thanks Kayla for caring!

We are customers for life after our appointments with Dr. Tram Nguyen. She is so friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient. To top off our wonderful experience, we had the pleasure of having Nohely and Kayla-Ann help us choose our new frames. They were so pleasant and patient the entire time we spent with them. They took their time making sure to answer all of our questions about insurance and price comparisons, and knew everything we needed to know about America's Best programs and special offers. We always leave there feeling like valued customers!
