My daughter had an exam on 03/15/23 for contacts and glasses. The exam went fine and they provided her with an "in-house" sample pair of contacts that are close to what she needs but not exact so they ordered a sample pair with the correct RX to make sure she can see correctly with them. Those samples are still not in yet.

One of her contacts tore so I called for a replacement and the location we went to on 281 N did not have it. When I called another location on San Pedro the girl I spoke with put me on hold to check and returned to tell me that they have what we need but the only way we could get a sample was to purchase contacts.

I explained to her we are still waiting for the accurate RX samples to arrive to ensure that will be the correct RX for my daughter so we are not ready to order contacts just yet. So she put me on hold again but this time returned to tell me they now suddenly didn't have what we needed.

I honestly don't believe her and I called her out on it since she had literally just checked and said they had it. She stumbled around and told me she had made an error when she looked. I would have believed her had she not stumbbled around about it when I called her out but it was obvious to me she was not being truthful.

Extremely poor way to do business.

I had an appointment at 9 am. I wasn't seen until 11am. My wife later purchased glasses from this location. After a few days we come in to pick them up. The right lens on her new frames were completely off by over 3 points. Took another week and a half to get another pair to come in. The optometrist on site has horrible hand writing and when I went to purchase contacts the front desk workers couldn't read his hand writing and had to re verify with him. He couldn't even tell what he wrote when asked. Not a very good location to be honest.

Had such a great experience in this store! Everyone was so kind and friendly. Checked in right away and everyone was so inviting. The doctor was so sweet. She took care of me and my fiancé quickly and efficiently. Kobe took care of us checking out and was very informative of the add one for my glasses. Even helped us with a discount! Highly recommend this place! It’s nice to walk into a store and be treated so nicely!

I had an appt today on 10.22.22 I missed my exit because I’m new to the city and ended up being 4 min late. I walked in and wasn’t greeted until 12: 27. There’s a girl on the phone at the desk (didn’t greet or acknowledge me) and she couldn’t even say hello I’ll be a minute considering she was on the phone. Apparently the “doctor” goes to lunch at 1230 so they said I would need to reschedule to after lunch or for a different day? Why in the world would you allow someone to book a time slot for the time your doctor decides to take her lunch? It’s so unprofessional? Now I have to wait an hour for her to return when the time to book should be no later than 12pm or after 2pm for an eye exam. You think I’d really care to reschedule? No I’ll take my business to people who actually have a viable system in place. And please tell your receptionist to greet someone before telling them they need to reschedule it’s called common courtesy. I was willing to apologize to the doctor for being 4 minutes late even though they normally take awhile to see you anyways. No thanks!

Disappointed in the service. The employee that sold me 2 pairs did not apply warranty to both of my expensive glasses and now I am out of luck because of their error. The wait was horrible for my initial eye exam. Customer service is very lack luster as well for the prices being charged. Will never use of recommend this location or chain.

I always have the best experience getting my contacts and glasses here! Customer service is great and accommodating, I really appreciate the patience the staff has. Lillian always makes sure I understand what my insurance covers and what would work best for my prescription. I recommend this location to my family members whenever I can!

The worst customer service ever! Was placed on hold then only to have been told they sent the person who was assisting me to lunch and having to explain Everything all over again.
Do not waste your time or money
Spent over 700$ dollars in contacts and glasses and Lilian could not help in a trail pair of contacts for a replacement for my daughter.
Kept me on hold and ended up giving me the run around to only not have a solution. Do not walk but run from the place

Awesome experience! I only like shopping online. But I really wanted to see what frames looked better on me and Lilian was very helpful in helping me find the perfect frames for me!

Even though I had a lot of issues and had to return the store half a dozen times, I give 5 stars alone because Lillian was exceptional at making sure things got squared away in the end. It took 4 different pairs being ordered to finally get one that was the way I wanted and matched what I picked out on the shelf. The lenses kept being cut too big and were stretching the frames to the point where they looked too big on my face. The 3rd pair seemed fine but another different employee when she wasn't there, shattered the lenses trying to adjust the fit for me. Overall the experience would've been 1 star and I would've probably been to the point of asking for my money back if it weren't for her and her care to make things right. If corporate is reading this, give that girl a promotion/raise because she deserves it.

This was the best experience I have ever had getting contact and glasses for years with insurance and never have I had such a pleasure experience as this one. Even with no insurance this year they beat the price I have paid for years, and even got a pair of glasses in the mix. Getsemany, was super helpful and her co worker, Kobe was generous with his time and explanation of everything in the store. This is the best place to go and get you eyecare needs taken care of; period!

The staff is very welcoming and informs you of how to make sure your visit is safe and healthy, abiding by covid guidelines. The exam went smooth and I didn’t have to wait long. The doctor and all the employees are great!

I LOVE THIS Place. I left a staff that I didn't like and from the first step in I was WELCOMED! BTW I was 3oins early and they weren't even open yet but they said no problem come on in. My visit just got better from there. Doctor was GREAT and likes his job you can tell.
