Had an appt 3/21 @130 I got there ten min early they checked me in and within 15 min I was done with my glasses and contact fitting! They were very nice and very fast. The whole process from check in to leaving took maybe an hour at most. I got my contacts and ordered two pairs of glasses maria helped me get everything ordered she was very friendly and very helpful she even helped me pick out what glasses and let me know which ones she thought looked best on me! Very happy with the service 10/10 would recommend

I always go here for my yearly exam and I always have a positive experience. On Friday I was helped by Maria and she helped me find the exact glasses I wanted! Highly recommend this place for value and great customer service.

Excellent service! We had 3 appointments and were running late. Upon arrival we went in with the idea of rescheduling. Instead, the staff and doctor did an effort to squeeze us in between other appointments. They were able to see two of us! Their effort goes a long way of a schedule as busy as ours and we really appreciate that!

Had a great experience at America’s Best Toni saw me before the Doctor did and she was great Toni took her time to explain each eye test before performing them The Doctor as well very professional and pleasant Highly recommend

If you want to be met with an OD with an enormous lack of social skills & care for their job, come to this place. I've never been so dissatisfied with a service at an eye doctor. I have been wearing glasses since i was 9 years old and I am in my 40s now.
The doctor sits you for what seems 1 minute, reviews two slides and rushes you out the door and says you are done.

Toni and Esena (sp?) were both very kind and knowledgeable. I learned more from my short time with Toni than I have in years in ohio. Esena was such a great help and kind when I had questions. Dr Pena advised that i really didn't need to have surgery yet as my eyes weren't really bad enough for surgery. I won't go anywhere but here now! Great job and work together as a team. The place is good! I like the service and the dr is good. We had the pleasure of having Toni Tapia’s assistance for contacts with my 12 year old. She was amazing! Great attitude, lots of patience, giving my son positive feedback and commendation until he got both contacts in! We loved Toni’s service and friendly personality.

Amazing work from Toni fast and excellent service they noticed that my glasses were crooked due to a hit earlier that day and fixed it quickly at no charge!
