I came in here for an eye exam & was greeted by the nicest lady in the front. I believe her name was Sherry. This is one of the best locations I’ve been to in a while. Very friendly staff & clean. I will be coming back here.

Staff is nice just very very slow and could benefit from time management skills. Came in just to pick up trial contacts. Something that should take less than 60 seconds if ya ask me. Instead of just grabbing them for me real quick or having one of the free/not as busy employees grab them so I could get out of their hair, Sherrie just stood behind the counter and proceeded to adjust and clean another customers glasses for 20 minutes and answered the phone. I understand she was with another customer but a little acknowledgment would have been nice. Only reason I’m writing a review is because Sherrie asked the customer she was helping to write a good review. Little did she know she would also be getting a poor one.

The doctor was great and very thorough! The manager of the location (John) was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and gave us service at a level that I rarely see these days. This is now our home for all our vision needs!

I had a great experience here at America's best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I especially have to thank Nargiza for helping me select a pair of very comfortable and light glasses. My old pair the frame was made of metal and hurt my ears. She also noticed a scratch on a lens on one my glasses and sent them out for repair at no charge. I might be in soon for a pair of prescription shades.

They have Fabulous service. I went through the review before going to them. I was kind of doubtful after see all negative reviews regarding time management, price, customer service. Probably, people who reviewed might be frustrated with pricing. Whatever marketing clinic is doing is correct. 79.99 for pair of glasses and free eye exam. If we are adding any addons (thin glass, shades in glass and all) then it’s on us. Clinic is very big and they have many stages in completing the exam. Overall, it’s a good deal.

I really liked the doctor I saw. He was very knowledgeable about the particular contacts I need.

They changed the best manager ever. I came back to complain about my glasses. He did free upgraded my glasses with anti glare.

I had an appointment at 2: 50 at the Plano location on n central, got there a few minutes early. I am sitting here still at 4: 37. I have an extremely high prescription and can't see. I sat for more than an hour without my contacts in before I finally said this is taking to long and I can't see and put them back in. As I'm sitting thinking I'm getting my prescription contacts with an updated prescription, she says we don't have your prescription and it will take about 2 weeks (understandably because my prescription is extremely high) but, all that to say, I could have been put my contacts back in so that I could see some. It was unorganized and seems like they need to spread their appointments out better.

I got there early for my 8: 30 am appointment, and was forced to wait for the doctor to arrive late (after 9am) with Starbucks. Which felt like, to me, she did not value her patient’s time. The lady doing my pre-exam did not take care in listening to me mentioning I was still wearing my contacts and completed the pre-exam anyway, so when the doctor finally took me to complete the exam and realized I had my contacts in, I had to start the process over from the beginning. Another patient ended up going ahead of me, so I was there for even longer. After the doctor was done with me, she didn’t give me any further instruction, so I stood in the lobby blind (because my contacts were not in), leaving me to feel my way to the sink to put them back in. The young girl helping me pick my frames was somewhat helpful, but rather rude and dismissive with my questions. Overall, not a great experience. Poor customer service and care for an INSANELY high price tag. They also keep discontinued frames on the floor, so if you buy them they will not be cheaper, and they won’t fix or replace them if you need it (as I was told by the manager). Please just find a better place for eye care.

Friendly, caring facility. Doctor listens to each and every issue you have. The associates give you proper advice on glasses. Price is very very reasonable.

From the various phonecalls I had today this place is a NIGHTMARE. I called to make a same day appointment for an exam for contacts and glasses and the woman who answered was very nice, very new, and apparently very hard of hearing. She told me she was new after I gave my name, phone number, etc 5 times a piece and eventually got me scheduled. Shortly thereafter I was called by someone else in office to tell me the original girl had misscheduled me for Thursday instead of today (monday) but that they had an opening at 345 today if I could make it so I said great and took that one. At 345 I called to let them know I was on my way and a 3rd person let me know my appointment had been for an hour beforehand -. - no wonder this location has such terrible reviews
