Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time. I showed my insurance card upon arrival, checked in for my exam and was seen. At no point before the exam did they tell me it would not be covered by my plan, so they intended to corner me into an exam to pay for out of pocket. They should have billed and saw that it wasn't covered before seeing me. And afterward a man tried to tell me I didn't indicate I want to use my insurance for the exam when i got there. I showed them my card at the front desk, so it makes no sense to think I don't want to use this for the exam. This is beyond idiotic. They are greedy salespeople and do not care for their patients. I've gone here for years and never have had such a horrible experience. Get it together.

Appointment was at 11: 30am showed up at 11: 15am. Waited an hour and still hadn't been seen by Angelo Papaspiros O. D. So I then decided to walk to a near by store so at 12: 30pm they called her to finally be seen only to say she can't be seen because I wasn't at the store with her. I am pissed! So she finally was seen at 12: 42pm only to ask her questions. So what did you need me for again? Now at this point I'm confused. I've been here years ago and it's not the same or they don't have the same doctors. I only came because the one closer to me didn't have Saturday appointments but I will not be back.

I came here for my appointment yesterday and was so surprised by how hot it was inside, I had to step out and go to my car because it felt unbearable in there. Hope the best for these workers.

Wouldn't give my info gave half a prescription did they couldn't give out the rest. They scamming people if you ask me

I haven't gone here yet I was just fixing to call them and schedule an appointment. But it looks like the doctor cannot show up on time to work and the front end people seem not to want clients to return. And the reviews are always the same, sorry after the fact. When are businesses going to learn if you don't want to provide professional service to people of the community eventually the people of the community will find professional service elsewhere. So I guess I'm not even going to try to go here, I don't want something to happen just for them to write a response on my review, sorry about it. It looks like they've had enough apologies.

I recently came here for an eye test. They have this but 2 glasses and get a free eye test deal which I took. My visit was so straightforward and so pleasant. It took about 25 mins in total and picking my glasses was so easy. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back here if need be.

Don’t go to Medallion location, terrible service, Iast time I waited almost 2 hours an I had an appointment, today I was 16 minutes late and they canceled my appointment and the personal is rude, not the doctors, but is getting worse and worse

Enjoyed visiting this optometrist! Angelo Papaspiros easy to talk to, detail oriented and friendly. Very informative! Gave some great information about lasik and other options also! He really cares and goes above and beyond. My fav place to get my eyes checked, I go here every year.
