Tyree as the owner and manager did a great job of scheduling an appointment for my wife and myself. The staff was professional and thorough. We were able to get glasses and contacts at a reasonable price and within the time frame we needed period recommend that other people go here.

The staff is excellent here. Its quick, inexpensive, and professional. The frame selection was great as well.

Totally the worst experience. The place just felt uninviting and both doctors on the job that day were both jokes. They acted like you just wasted their time and I felt like the location tried so hard to make an xtra dollar by trying to sell me anything and everything. I don’t recommend this location to anyone

The general manager Ana is a saint! I was having the most difficult time getting my glasses from America's best on hulen. First during my inspection the first eye doctor gave me a rinky-dink, monotone examination. I asked a technician for a second opinion! The second
Eye doctor (she is a beautiful brown skinned woman idk her name) was very personable and informing. I felt comfortable and listened to, unlike my first exam. So once that was done I picked my frames and an employee told me 2 weeks max for my frames. It took longer but once I actually got a chance to go up there, Ana fixed the problem and went above and beyondto fix any issues and answer any questions! Ana is the most valueable asset to America's Best Glasses On Hulen! Will return because of ANA ASSISTANT MANAGER

Greeted at the door with temperature and hand sanitizer. Sent to check-in desk ladies were professional and courteous. Seating is limited. Once seating became available the attendance cleaned it thoroughly he was a very polite young man. They all had PPE.

Great service everyone was so friendly! My boyfriend and i both went. My eye doctor really helped me understand what I needed to do for my eyes. Great price. We did the 2 for 69.95 and only paid 160 total since we both got glasses! Cant wait to for our glasses to be ready! Highly recommend

Let me just say if I could give no stars I would! When I called to schedule my eye appointment my first question before anything else was are you an in network provider for my insurance, her response was a resounding yes so I proceeded to make my appointment. When I arrived to my appointment I showed them my benefits and told them that what they printed out was not the same. They said they would figure it out before I left. I went thru my eye exam and was also charged extra for an additional test that my insurance covers. Once I sat down to look at frames I showed the girl my insurance stuff and that’s when I was told they are a preferred out of network provider and that’s why my coverage doesn’t match up. The excuse I got was oh well we are a new store the lady just made a mistake on the phone. More training is needed immediately! However on a side note I talked to my insurance and they said unfortunately this franchise is known for misguiding people that they take there insurance when in fact they do not!

Customer service was gret. Quality of the product is trash. My company paid for unusable safety glasses. They arent happy. I work for a pretty big shop and an international union. Good way to lose alot of business.

They cheated me when I bought the 2 pair for $69; it was $150+ with their added charges. Today, they refused to replace a broken earpiece; said I'd have to buy a whole frame. I'm buying new glasses, but at Pearle. Forget these Bozos.

I walked in Saturday 04/27/2019 with my two children no one acknowledge me when I walked in at all my daughter picked out two pair she really liked no one ever asked if i needed help with anything ill be taking my business to the burleson location they are much customer service oriented there

At the Hulen America's best, I walk in wasn't greeted but the four after me did get a hello or Hi They asked 1 if they can help, but I was still standing there looking and waiting to be ask something Maybe I didn't look white or have money but I am and I do So off to a next one

I dont like the fact the try to get you to add other test for additional $20, where as other places those test are already included. Dr. Kim was Sweet and very helpful.

If poeple are later to there appointment skip them for poeple who are on time. I wait hour after appointment.because costumers were run late to there appointment.not my fault.now im running late.leave early and be on time people

I like my glasses but customer service isn’t the best. Had to keep calling to see if my glasses were ready because they do not call you.

Quick and easy eye appoinment but someone forgot to call me when my contacts where in. Not cool and I have an astigmatism and no insurance and my contact are $207 way too much for me to pay outta pocket and I joined there eye club seems very over priced. Gonna get Lasik asap!

Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of their customer's time. I've been going here a few years but the doctors and staff have changed, and with it their customer service has suffered. I won't be returning to this location.

Everyone was really nice. They told me that it would take about two weeks for my glasses and contacts to come in, it's now been a month and I had to call them to find out if my order was in. Not very happy with the wait. They didn't even apologize for the wait.
