Americas Best Value Inn Houston at I-45 & Loop 610

I spent two nights at this place. It is a place suitable for passing through and just to have a break to continue with your trip or tasks. The rooms have many opportunities for improvement, however this is what you get for your money, as it is cheap.

Room was very clean & cozy, check in was a breeze and front desk was vert helpful. Will definitely visit again in the futire

Really like this place, rooms are nice and clean, everytime I stay here I have pleasant noght, not like other places where is too noisy.

Super exemplyservice. Miss Shandria & Pete are amazing. They are also so kind and accomodating anytime I see them. The room service is immaculate and the rooms also provide clean items. I honestly appreciate how accommodating the staff is. This is a great place to stay!

The rooms are very clean and a very clean location. The staff is very helpful. I had a very big U-Haul truck and a trailer and I was not able to turn it around and the staff member came out and helped me out to turn it around for me.

You will not get a good rest here. People were arguing outside midnight and when u called manager, he said he had cameras. Basically, he wasn’t going to go out and address the issue. And at 7am in the morning, they had contractors using saws and banging stuff in one of the rooms, and when I called the office to address the issue nicely, they hanged up on me in the middle of my conversation. Most rude and unprofessional place. They don’t care about you resting. They just want your money.

We were probably the first to stay in this room, it was very clean. But the pillows were not very thick and the towels were tiny. The room smelled of mothballs and water. Outside it's clear there was a fire and there is a lot of remodeling going on. Finally there are multiple charges pending so we are waiting to see if only 1 post's. No blow dryers in the room so we had to go to the office to get 1. Shampoo was in packets and hard to use. No coffee available. No keyless lock on the interior of the room. Seemed to be more loud like the exterior wall is not insulated. There were no bugs though.

Bed was hard as the ground and I didn't get a wink of sleep because it was so hard. The room was clean but did have a 1 visitor (roach) found on the wall late at night.there was a spot on the floor that looks like something was cut up.

Wow, this is my second review since the company somehow took down the first one. Okay, so this location does not have breakfast, pool, nor an ice machine, this place is broken down and dirty. What you do have is dirty rooms, dirty microwaves in the room, and roaches in the rooms, the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, employees outside smoking. Priceline should not even have this on their site. The pictures and description are very deceiving. There was mold in the elevator where the light cover has not been cleaned since they were open it looked like. Had roaches in the bed so if your single you can cuddle with one of the critters. Do not rent from this place. You will be greeted by the neighborhood homeless. I stayed there a 3 weeks ago. Wish I could upload the pictures I have. If your deciding, don't do it. Spend the extra cash and stay somewhere else that is clean.

Booked online. Arrived. Was told they aren’t renting due to a fire. Waited for my Uber one guy checked in. Dunno if my shade was too dark. Enough said. To the Marriott I go!

This hotel is the worst management are very rude. Rooms stink and room looks like it’s not well kept.highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst management the guy up there is the rudest person ever. Will never be visiting this nasty property again

Nice rooms, and reasonable price for my first time out here in houston. Accidentally booked a smoking room and they changed my room to non smoking promptly nice owners! Will come back for the jacuzzi room Thank you for the stay

The worst hotel ever! The smell was horrible and the web said it was $86 and when I got there the man said $110 he said taxes I don’t belive that the room smelled horrible the tv said searching for service all night! Don’t stay here run away

Cockroaches everywhere
They know its infested, scroll through the comments. Woke up with them in the bed. Ahhhhhhh. Then creepy manager guy starts looking into my room through the window. Just straight staring in.
