This is just night pass I think this is better to sleep in your car.especially when you enter there is one young guy he did not understanding what He say. He thinked people is mandatory coming here. I think there is abuse in this place
Need a place to sleep and this was recommend by UA when our connecting flight was missed.
Hotel - no shampoo, no soap, no tissue paper.shower stream is so strong it stung.
Won’t stay at the place or an other one in the franchise.
I was put up here by United when my flight was delayed. The room lights and alarm clock were unplugged when I got to the room at 930 pm. There was no tissue in the restroom, the carpet had broken fake nails on it and one of the beds had short black hair on the pillow cases. I went downstairs and requested a remote and the desk clerk complained about the last customers hiding it. She did give me one but demanded that I bring it back when I was finished. There are broken Heat/AC units in the hallways and the vending machines were nearly empty. If you have the option, I recommend you find a different place to stay.
My room and the hotel were clean. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up and I could have used some more cream and sugar for coffee. The TV was small and had 33 channels.you'll save money here by going to booking.com, I saved about $10 on a room for one night. I found the room adequate and they don't have the continental breakfast due to COVID-19

I stayed here because my plane was delayed overnight and American Airlines recommended this hotel. The key card would not work for the first room that I was assigned but it did work for the second room.it was fairly clean, it reminded me of a hotel that you would only stay one night in out of desperation. And I was desperate that night.
Found a hair pin in one of the bed, so that tells me they didn't redo the bedss, and no courtesy check out being airline discount voucher holders do not have that option, hotel does not sympathized guests troubles they just experience prior to check-in
Very Decent and Cozy beds. I missed my connecting flight and United airlines offered me a discount voucher for this hotel. Good customer service and there is a shuttle service to and from the airport. A small breakfast is also provided. Close to the Houston Airport very convenient.
Did the trick for an overnight stay before a flight, but would definitely find a better place in the future
Left my vehicle at motel and it was damaged when I returned. People at motel would not help with security cameras. Owner was very rude. Do not recommend for sleep and fly.
Family owned, seem to be set in there ways. Check in was fast and easy. I walked to my room and the carpet was soaked in some spots. Got in my room, smelled like mid sleep farts but it beats sleeping in the airport.
After being delayed on multiple flights, we booked a last minute room here. It was clean and a decent price.

Is bad is cheap for a delay flight is better than stay at the airport but it looks dirty smelly not nice service reception
Exelen Hotel, Very nice front desk and only one mile from the airport, shuttle services 24hrs. The hotel is clean and peaceful. Definitely coming back.
This is the worst hotel ever! My flight was cancel because the weather and United Airlines suggested this one. Smell to cigarette, and blankets are old. I will never stay in this hotel again and if you dont find other choise is better to stay in the AirPort. I paid $65.
