WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR DOCUMENTS AT THE DEALERSHIP AT A 4.9% INTEREST RATE THEN 2 WEEKS LATER THEY CALL YOU ASKING FOR MORE MONEY TO KEEP THE RATE YOU SIGNED THE SAME. YOU PAY IT. THEN THEY RAISE THE RATE TO 7.9 ANYWAY. THEY ALSO DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUDED DRIVERS AND THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY $250 A MONTH ON TOP OF YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU CARRY FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE.
THIS PLACE DOES NOT LOOK OUT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS AND IF YOU HAVE FINANCED WITH THIS CREDIT UNION. REFINANCE YOUR VEHICLE WITH SOMEONE ELSE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Great place to bank, Gigi has been helpful and very knowledgeable in

I had the fortune to have Michele Jordan to help me today. I walked into the office in Garland on Forest Ln. Have you ever gone into a business a little insecure because you don’t know enough to ask an intelligent question? That was me today. Before I got both feet in the door, Ms. Jordan made immediate eye contact, smiled and said “may I help you”. She then exercised active listening and figured out what I needed but wasn’t sure how to articulate. She did solve my issue. Standing in teller line with my son to complete my issue Michele sought us out to say we did not have a POD assigned to the account she was helping us with. She explained the importance of this and pulled us back to fix it up.

Some of this customer service can be taught through training but Ms. Jordan has a natural ability to ensure satisfaction that just comes from the type of woman she is. Thank you for employing such a person.
