America's Home Place - Katy, TX

I am from South Carolina. Katy, TX had built a custom Franklin home that me and my husband absolutely fell in love with. I called them to ask for pictures and the floor plan and they were more than accommodating, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with this home. If I lived in Katy, TX or near there, I would definitely have them build my home. I can't recommend this office enough! I spoke with Ms. Washington, she was the kindest, most helpful, and happiest lady. America's Home Place is very blessed to have such a kind person working for them! If I could have the Katy, TX office build my home for me in South Carolina, I would feel so blessed! Thank you again for how awesome yall are over in Katy, TX! My Husband and I want to thank Chris, Chip and Wayne for welcoming us and helping us decide on our future build. For Chip Taking the time to check our land and finding the best placement for the build, due to our slope in our property. Chris spending several hours with us deciding all the different colors, floors, finding that special sink I’ve always wanted, fixtures, to even placement of outlets. That was a fun day. Everything halted there for a bit due to COVID, they kept in contact making sure we were okay. This past week we went full speed ahead after a two month break and had a fun day with Wayne Finalizing all our choices. Almost forgot what we chose. Now we wait for appraisal to come through so we can push forward and start building! Y’all are a great and caring team to Work with. Thank you for helping make our forever home be possible!

When we decided to build a home on our lot, we visited with multiple builder in the area. What America’s Home Place offered as “standard” was far and above what the others offered! We were very pleased with our sales consultant, Chris, and his eagerness to work with us thru the entire project. And the construction team (from the superintendent to the trade crews) always did a great job of working quickly, cleanly, and in a manner than made us comfortable with their part of the process.

Ultimately, their standard offerings, plans and process won them the job, but their communication, timeliness & dedication to doing things right is what won them our gratitude. We love our home and would recommend the Katy office of AHP!

Chris and Andy have been fantastic to work with! I can't say enough about their first rate customer service. They really make your dream home a reality. Top notch construction and value!

Posting this review here and on the Conroe location’s reviews both. The Katy team managed our build, but we started our process with the Conroe team before the Katy location was open. Both deserve 5 stars for the service they provided us!

Loved getting to work with these folks and build the home of our dreams! Melissa B, out of the Conroe office, was our initial point of contact. She was very detail oriented and made sure to get to know us and what we wanted. She was a doll to work with! She busted her butt to work with us to make sure we were able to get our wants list in the build.

Karen L is top-notch. She’s quick on answering emails. She makes sure to have EVERYTHING in line before asking for approvals/draws. She gives you every bit of information you may need for peace of mind to approve a draw. She was patient and courteous every step of the way.

Our project foreman, Chip, was fantastic. If we had questions about a process, where we were in the build, what we were waiting on, etc, he was quick to inform us. From day 1, he has been one of the easiest guys to work with. We loved having him as our build manager!

I would recommend AHP hands down. In the whole home building process, they were the easiest folks to work with (between them, our lender, and the title company). Prompt, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, thorough, goes above and beyond!

Christopher is very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I are in the process of looking for a new home. Christopher has been very helpful in guiding us through the process of homeownership.

I’m in the process of getting my home built on my land. Chris is awesome very informative very nice really goes above and beyond to help me and answering a lot of questions! Everything so far is great hopefully in the next week I’ll be able to get the process started on building the home and I’ll update from there.
