We had a truly great experience building our forever home with Americas Home Place.
James patiently spent many long hours with me going through floor plans selecting the best features from each design to incorporate into our own.
Lowell was very helpful finding solutions quickly to any issues that arose.
Eric was a tremendous help completing this project and just about the nicest guy to work with.
Can’t say enough good things about the AHP team. We are very happy we built our home with Americas Home Place and recommend them to anyone.

America's Home Place in Alvin went above and beyond for the Women's Center of Brazoria County by providing a monetary donation in the amount of $7,500. The Women's Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and we rely on donations like this to help keep the doors open. We are so thankful for Lowell and his team for their donation and offers of help and support for the victims of domestic violence in Brazoria County.

Although I’m not able to start building my first home just yet I am very greatful for the information that I was given as to where I need to start. Thank you so much Mr. Lowell Pinnock hopefully I can come back soon to get my journey started. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready 100% very friendly and informative.

James and Lowell have been very helpful throughout our process. James has made every change to our floor plan several times, and did it with a good attitude. Lowell has been very thorough in explaining the answer to any questions we may have. We are looking forward to having AHP build our forever home.

Destiny brought us to Americas Home Place in Alvin. Like many of you, we were new to the home building process and did not know where to start and who to trust. We were planning to build a year ago with a different builder and our gut feelings told us to wait. I’m glad we did! Our first meeting with James was phenomenal. I mean talk about someone making you feel welcome and willing to bring your dream home into a reality. Not just that, his colleague, Nathan also greeted us by name when we first walked in. The previous builder treated us like we couldn’t afford them. I’m glad they didn’t call us back! James made us feel comfortable from day one. They talk to you through every step of the building process from the start to the end. They also reassure us and I quote “ we are in this together”. This brought comfort to us and not just that, we had the privilege to meet the District Manager Lowell. He is godsend, talk about talking us off the ledge when we were feeling overwhelmed. Americas Home Place has an amazing process that will make you feel comfortable and a part of their family. To be honest, we just went in there to just to ask questions and left with a house plan, and our trust in their hands. Don’t take my word for it, check them out and find out for yourself!

Sometimes the best experience with a business is when they turn down a job. I spoke to the owners about a large renovation project that I have in the works and was told that it simply isn’t in the scope of what they do. He then happily gave me a couple of recommendations of people that WOULD take on the work. As a business owner myself, I know that they secret to great quality is making sure you tackle the jobs that you are setup to do well and that your team is trained to do well. If ever I need a New home built, I’ll be back. It is hard to find people that will say, I’m not the right guy but I know someone that can help.

WOW! This team was super PATIENT throughout our entire home design process. James and Lowell are superb at what they do. You can definitely tell they are experts and care about getting it right and making your dream home come to life. I had been looking at multiple construction company's before and the level of attention was definitely noticed as a priority at Americas home place!
