This place was gross. No safety locks in rooms. Mattresses were hard with springs on a dinky metal frame. Breakfast has very few options. The entire place is poorly renovated. They obviously tried to take a really gross building and make it look “nice. ” Bath was absolutely disgusting and stain. Same with shower curtain. No bathroom trash can? Mini fridge made a clicking sound all night long. Loud music played late into the night. Did not feel safe or comfortable. Not worth it

The day shift person was ok. But the night shift person yelled at us for not using using the card to get into building. Customer let us in by the way. Short heavy set white woman yelled at us. I had card in my hand when other customer let us in. Your people should be respectful to the people who are paying their salary.

In town for my big brother's wedding. Myself, my oldest sister, a childhood friend and my daughter. Arrived a bit early to check in but we needed to change and get to the venue as the time had been moved up 2 hours due to freezing temps. However, when I inquired, we were allowed to check in and were able to make the wedding with 10 minutes to spare. Thank you for your gracious treatment!

It's very clean and located in a good are.it's legitimately the cheapest cleanest place to stay in New Braunfels.

BED BUGS. My son was bitten from head to toe from bed bugs. I informed the office they switched my room.but the damage was already done because our clothes and pillow and blanket were in the room a whole day. I had to throw everything out including the new clothes we bought for Thanksgiving. I fear for my car because they travel so fast. I can't risk bringing it to my home. I paid $235.00 for bed bugs. The location and lady at the from desk was nice, But I wouldn't recommend bed bugs.

Should be 0 stars, but I wanted to share making sure people are staying safe. We checked in to the hotel and went into the room to check it out. The sheets haven't been cleaned for a while. The floors and the bathroom were dirty. There was no extra latch to keep our door secured; NOT SAFE at all. And the icing on the cake was there was blood on the walls with a poor paint job trying to cover it up. My husband and I did not stay there that night. We immediately went and purchased another hotel that was more safe. Never again.

At check in front desk was nice, I was accommodated at 3rd floor it was nice, clean and peaceful. Breakfast menu is kind of big, definitely good idea to stay.

This place really surprised and impressed me. I'm thinking it's recently renovated, if it's not completely new. I'm not from here, but that's how modern and clean it is from to top bottom. I hope you make your decision to stay here based on my review because you will not be disappointed. Light gray walls with white trim and blue tones, very well mixed. The bathroom, sink, tub and commode are all clean, very clean. In room coffee, iron, micro and mini fridge all work just fine. Highly recommend! Single king room was $80ish

Don't trust the good reviews. They're clearly bought. The hotel has obviously changed brands recently and as much as they are trying to make it nicer, it's just lipstick on a pig. And the pool? I have never seen a scarier pool in my life. A tiny fenced in area, about the size of two parking spaces. I didn't even see any chairs or tables. My family honestly just checked in, showered (there were only 2 towels in the room for the 4 of us), and drove home that night without even staying overnight at our prepaid hotel.

I will never stay at this hotel again, I had payed for a suit for a whole weekend and they front desk (victor) wouldn’t give me blankets for my kids because thier was nun for the pull out bed and kept giving attitude when I kept asking for some then told me their is nun clean I can’t give you any. Next day I went down stair to the house keeping and he told me no we had a bunch clean I don’t know why he was saying that to you look. Shows me a whole room with blankets and sheets. Sunday morning was check out, I ask if could extend one hour to my check out and he refused and told me no because check out at 11 and only 11am he kept being rude about it and his excuses was we can’t because we’re having inspection told and I. Cant afford for yalll to stay here but it’s in your policy yall do give a hour extension for check out. He refused to and had housekeeping kick me out a hour early.
I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOTEL IN YALL BRAND NEED TO HIRE NEW PEOPLE BECAUSE EVERYONE HERE IS RUDE. Definitely a 0 star hotel nothing here is good about it. Just ride over all. Felt like he was racist too, because he kept ignoring my questions when I was talking to him at front desk. NEVER COME HERE! Bad SERVICE BAD EVERYTHING!

All was great except for door security. Light came in all around the door frame. Didn't feel secure.

Carla was very helpful. Very freindly staff. Nice but didnt allow any bs you normally expect.

Good for the price but can't swim in the pool with more than 1 person. It was "remodeled " just painted with New sign. Won't be staying there never ever again! Very unimpressive!

Renovations with electrical extension cord running across the walk way that you actually we had to step over to get to the entrance and to the service desk. First night we were unable to access the tv, front desk could not help out, because manager was not around.our flight was canceled and need to make a change in our stay.we were informed that their
wasn't any staff to run the free shuttle to the airport at that time.we asked if we were to check
out two days early could we get credit they said yes course.we spoke with the manager who agreed
again the front desk could only write at the bottom of my zero balance bill the early date departure and time with is name.later we find out they would not honor their agreement
we understand company policy if we missed any information but we don't appreciate being
lied to.

Wyndham owners are absolutely the worse place To be in new Braunfels. Three Wyndham hotels in three days equals worse vacation EVER!
