Easy place to get too follow GPS.
Dock Parking is a rookies wet dream. More than enough room to dock. If you cannot dock here trucking isn't for you. Checking in is easy. Loading time is like any other place. As truckers we wait get over it. Not sure about overnight parking and no street parking. Restrooms on site. 3 star because I got here 3 hours before appointment and started loading me exactly at appointment time. No point to showing up early.

The bestest loading crew & extremely courteous SRO personnel! I was late for my appt but they treated me as if I were still a good human being; imagine that While I was waiting The Kitchen came by offering meals - delicious beef spaghetti w/green beans and garlic bread for $7.

Friendly ladies in the office - we call ahead when we're ready to pick up our order and it's always ready when we arrive!

Always over weight leaving here have to get reworked multiple times and im here often sooooooooooo

I had to wait because I was early 8 hours so I waited 8 hours but they have restrooms vending machines to eat junk and pop plus limited parking spaces but not bad just pack a lunch they get busy

They careless about others equipment

I checked early, about 5 hour early, they want to to keep your trailer running at -10 with doors open?

Ambient temp outside 90 and doors open? Just don’t ask to open doors if not planning to load.

Will never check in early at any of this cold storages, no way to claim detention payment for waisted fuel and time waiting.
Bad, decision!

Parking on sight if early, was given a door at appointment time and promptly unloaded. They come out and lock your air line, check your seal! (don’t break it before they come out) and come back out when your done. Staff was really nice! I don’t think this place was tight at all but it wasn’t super busy when I was there. No complaints at all, would definitely return.

This is hands down the very best americold in the nation. Dock doors 19 and 18 are a little tough but everything else is excellent great people at the shipping and receiving office. Got me in like 4 hours early too.

This place doesn't mess around they get you in and out in no time. The person who is running this Americold knows how to load trucks, and we know not all Americolds are the same. There is no overnight parking, but there is street parking,

Very nice guys. Fast unloading even before appt. No overnight parking but it's plenty curbside parking on the street.

Didn't have to wait more than 10mins to get loaded. In and out in under 30 minutes. Great staff.

Great unloading was fast appointment time was 0600 was in the door by 0550 got my paperwork by 0730

Showed up 5 hours early and they took me after 30 minutes. Friendly staff and a few parking spots after you unload if your out of time. Also had a food truck deliver dinner BBQ ribs or chicken fried steak!

Service is okay but if you're late they keep you waiting and take forever to load you. Parking is tight so take your time.
