It was so quick & easy to refi with Matt at Ameriserve! I had a few questions throughout the process & they were answered promptly. Things that needed uploaded were super easy & I am not technical at all. The website is very easy to use too. I already paid off my debts and no payment til March.

I had a very good experience with Amerisave through my mortgage process to finally become a homeowner once again. Mortgages are never an easy experience because of the due diligence that needs to be done. I think anyone who goes through this process knows it can be difficult and sometimes frustrating. I think what separates Amerisave are the people that work there and are invested in your success to become a homeowner. I know that Pam Necoechea our loan originator was a vital part of us getting our new home. Her passion, engagement was infectious and made us persistent about getting things done. I would recommend Amerisave and Pam specifically to have the best experience possible.

DO NOT AFFILIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY! I don't know how these people are in business. They were the worst lenders that I almost worked with. When we first started with them, they quoted us one interest rate and then in the middle of the process they bumped up the rate to something much higher! We were going to have to pay thousands extra. And, They waited 2 DAYS before our closing date to ask a bunch of questions and request a ton of documents. They didn't know what a contracting job was and asked my husband for documents explaining what a contractor does. Like, what? Pushed our closing date back a week. My husband I submitted EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT they asked for and it was not enough. LITERALLY everything you need x10. Not to mention our Loan Officer, Gino, was absolute trash. You could never get in touch with him. My husband and my realtor spammed his phone multiple times trying to reach him and still couldn't get in touch with him. I even tried calling corporate to see if they could connect me with him. He even had the nerve to text us and say if this doesn't work, he doesn't get paid. Now, we're 1 week past closing and the lenders were still asking us for more proof of everything. (THEY ALREADY HAVE IT) We ended up switching lenders after the closing date because these people could not get their stuff together. (Amerisave was the problem. Even my realtor was confused about why they kept asking for unnecessary information when they had everything and kept giving us excuses.) We tried to let our Loan Officer know that we were going to switch to see if that would get the deal closed but he left us on read for 3 days. Save yourself the trouble and headache and do NOT use this company. No wonder they have 1 star on the BBB.
Edit: We were accepted with another company with the same information we provided Amerisave. Even less information and they accepted us. Amerisave is a scam.

Worst employer ever, always hires untrained employees to work on highly important and sensitive information. Zero regards for employees well being, or families. Forced to work late or on holidays, also zero regard for most clientele it takes on. Extremely toxic environment and upper management/ownership.

Terrible place to work as a loan officer. They will work you to the bone and fire you for no good reason and not pay you for your hard work.
