Remember that name when you go here, and don’t let her service you. She made two charges to my account for almost 5k. And she’s claims it’s not her problem! Keep in mind I have kids to feed and bills to pay! Now I’m dealing not just with that idiot but with the bank and the IRS.

And yes I tried contacting the office over the matter several time, and they made it pretty clear. It’s not their problem. I’ve spoken the the “supervisor” which honestly is not supervising anything because she didn’t even bother to ask the name of the employee who made the mistake. So I’m guessing there wasn’t any discipline towards SANDRA MONTES.

I got helped today by Kelsey Olalde, she’s very sweet as well as patient. This is my first time doing my taxes with her, and I’ll definitely will be going with her from now on.

Kelsey Ramirez is the best! I have done my taxes with her since 2012, she is very kind and always available to answer any questions.

I just love Jessica she’s really nice and professional lady. She takes her time and explains everything to you, answers any questions you have.

Exceptional service! Super nice and profesional! Very clean and organized! Jessica is the one who helped my husband and the rest of my family file our taxes for 2 years in a row and she was super patient in regards to explaining how everything works and waiting for us to receive all missing paper work. She is there almost all day which is great for us who get off work late and we don’t have much time!
