Drove from across town made it 15 min before closed and was turned away cause they were closed.

Horrible wanted to give me $75 for my Nintendo Switch.no damn way they not low balling me! Take your business elsewhere they try to rip people off if I could I would give them minus zero! Game Stop offered me double that!

They need to change the hours of operation. I pulled up at 8: 43 and there were four people behind the register and they waved at me no. How in the world do you say 9: 00 PM and close 20 minutes early. Three other vehicle in the parking lot beside mine were trying to get in.

I highly recommend avoiding this pawn shop for purchasing jewelry, cause they're items are tagged incorrectly and priced horribly. They have a ring in their store that they're trying to say is 2.7 karats in diamond, when that ring isn't even close to one karat in diamond weight. I would know because I work at a pawn shop. That ring wasn't worth more than $350 at a pawn shop, they were trying to sell it for over $1000. They need serious help when it comes to sizing their stones. The only thing they have going for them is that their staff is friendly.

Yesterday was my first experience at this particular pawn shop, and I was treated like I had been a long time customer, I brought in a safety harness and was informed by the manager that they were not taking them in due to an overstock, but then she ask me about my situation I explained I just needed a few bucks to carry me over till my retirement check posts at midnight the next night. She immediately told the associate working the counter to go ahead and make the loan. What a wonderful experience needless to say I was pleasantly surprised, if you have any need to be a pawn shop this is the one to go to

When I called them and asked me for an estimate they were so rude! Hung up in my face! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I love it so much, Im here practicaly every day. The staff know me by name and listens to my every concern. Thank you guys.

Today's date is Feb. 3.2017. I bought my son a nintendo 3ds from here. They didn't have a charger to show me it worked but assured me that it did. I bought a charger and it would not charge. I called them and informed them of the error and the salesman Steve said we'll bring it back and lets see what we can do. He couldn't get it to charge either and than went to try and sale me another one for an extra $45. He than asked well why don't you buy a new battery. I did that and it still would not charge. I called back and all of sudden ``steve´´ is off today. I got this response for about a month. So I finally get a chance to speak to a manager. He informed me that it was a final sale. So I asked is that how you all do business. He went to try and explain. Blah blah blah. I just told him to have a blessed day and that you all would never have my business again. Keep in mind that I was a regular always buying games and tools.

All pawn shops are a rip off.but for a pawn shop. This one is my go too when im broke and need a loan. Fast service. Reasonable deals both ways. FOR A PAWN SHOP. LOL
