Amigos' Country Corner, Flatonia TX

Store was a mess and employees were rude, I remember when this place opened just a couple of years ago but now it looks like it's run down, I will not go back

A pretty nice truckstop between San Antonio & Houston and friendly staff and great food will definitely be back

It's a hidden gem, food here is pretty good, you wouldn't expect much from a gas station, this 1 has great food n many other amenities for ppl who are passing thru, stop here for your rest break when traveling

DISGUSTING! Flies and insects all over all the food. Like how the hell are these people allowed to sell food? Health inspector needs to be called. Nastiest gas station I've ever been to. Flies all over the bathroom too of course. Cannot understand how people are eating anything from this dump. STAY AWAY! Flies are literally being born in the donut case. The brown little specs you see on the glass are bugs crawling and flying all over the inside.

They have a huge open parking lot that never filled up overnight. The bathroom is huge and clean. I got a custom-made breakfast burrito at 4: 30 in the morning! The staff are amazing.
The only downside is no Wi-Fi for the truckers.

My family stopped at amigos on our trip home from Lake Charles, Louisiana to Central Texas. We needed to use the restroom and thought about getting something to drink. The restroom had a lot to be desired. It was not very clean, or was it all in working order. We really just wanted to use the ladies room and get out once we were inside (the state of this restroom made us want to get out quickly). Needless to say we didn’t get soda fountain drinks. Clean restrooms are a must if you want us to buy anything you have to clean, like fountain drinks.

A good place to put diesel to eat something there is a variety of very very friendly staff very clean

Nice little convenience store right off the highway. Clean restrooms and alot off food choices and stuff to buy. Was a little disappointed cause the Chester's Chicken usually has large potato wedges and they just had wedges that looks like they came out of a frozen bag. Love the old school wedges. Lol

The Amigos country corner was big there was lots of things to pick from the ladies restroom had a smell and could definitely use some upkeep but over all it was okay they had Chester’s chicken and sonic inside and lots of souvenirs for everyone to choose and nice cold drinks

Shower review

Tucked in the back of the store with not very good air conditioning or ventilation. There was a bunch of small flies and it's nothing at all like you'll find at a loves, pilot or flying j.

It had really good water pressure so that's a plus! Towel only no hand towel or washcloth. I'm cleaner coming out then I was going in however I'm a cruise up the road next time.

It is like Buckies a store inside the gas station. Plenty of place with different kinds of food.

This store has almost anything you would expect from a convenient store, including 2 restaurants. But the smell when you walk in will make you not hungry.
