Was just sold to greystar. Who was the one thing I wanted to avoid by renting at an AMLI on this part of burnet. I don’t agree with the way they are pro AirBnb rentals and other business tactics that could be seen as ethically unsound and potentially lacking consideration to actual renters in my opinion. Which is why I will be moving out and hope to only hear from the new staff as necessary Ty.

Oh yes. Full Karen. I will absolutely leave a review on one of the worlds largest managers of renter housing. To me it’s evil, it’s got numerous allegations of corruption against it in my estimation, and it has to stop for me. I won’t be part of it. I’m so sorry if you work there and just work for people who are so allegedly corrupt like that but it’s not for me. No thank you don’t talk to me unless you legally have to.

Also don’t rent a parking space because when your stupid neighbors park in your space there is literally not one thing that they will do about it. Unacceptable pieces of filth these agents and everyone involved with greystar are the most vile disgusting worthless people imaginable. Tbh. The emergency line people will hang up on you for trying to report the gates being broken open. Absolute filth. I have never been treated less than human the way these people have treated me. They’re all idiots who have zero empathy and no humanity left in their zombified shells. Not one brain cell among them. Truly. Worthless.

I moved in here about a month ago. My bed got delivered and was so heavy that there was no way for me to even get it onto the elevator by myself. I went downstairs to ask if they had a cart that I could use and they did, but the box was still too heavy for me to carry by myself.

The front office gentleman not only helped me get the bed on the elevator but he helped me get it all the way to my apartment. He is my hero and I love it here!

My car was recently stole out of the AMLI 5350 gated parking garage. When I brought this to the attention of the staff it was quickly pointed out that this is not their responsibility, but were helpful in sending evidence to the police. My car was eventually found and returned thankfully. But now I have no option of parking my car in the garage due to constant break-ins and the risk of my car being taken again.

Living at AMLI 5350 was a great experience. Haley the manager was extremely kind whenever I walked into the office to ask a question about moving in/out or about smart housing program. Haley answered my questions with great kindness and that put me at ease. The maintenance team is very responsive and respectful! They also make the nicest gesture on your birthday with birthday cards which was amazing.

Best apartment complex I have lived at. Staff are super tentative and will resolve any query you have. Love living here. Facilities are amazing and secure parking. Couldn't recommend Amli 5350 enough. Location is amazing.

I would absolutely move back here if rent didn't increase so much! But that's just life in Austin these days.

Pros:
- Super responsive leasing office (including sending out proactive emails about construction projects or other potential issues)
- Maintenance team gets back to you within a day or two maximum and is very friendly
- Strong wifi in common areas
- Resident events with grab-and-go food are a nice perk
- Clean gym with a decent amount of equipment considering the size
- Overall quiet complex, with a variety of ages of tenants
- Never had a pest issue

Cons:
- The main places noise travels from is the open air hallways and pool/balconies since it's a pretty narrow central part of the complex
- Don't be surprised if you get some move-out charges; get a thorough cleaning beforehand!
- Windows are thin so it can get quite cold during the ice storms if you don't cover them with towels or renter-friendly insulation
