Bunch of simpletons running AMN!

Please don’t work here, especially if you’re working from home.they don’t hire new workers that can do enough work to support everyone.the people who’ve worked here for longer have to do all the work and they don’t get any time to do anything else.they have to be on calls while they’re driving and it’s really bad.it’s just calls all the time over and over and you’ll just be stressed all the time and the people are nice they’re just so demanding and it’s not sustainable for anyone.please fix this because it’s stressing everyone out

AMN was the worst company I have ever worked for. Very toxic, stressful, and unorganized. Poor management who belittled and harassed their employees. Very high turnover rate in the department I worked for because everyone was miserable. Over worked and not valued.

Worst company ever! Loyal employee, hardly took any time off or sick days. Company refused to pay me my PTO time when my contract ended. Never had a company treat me so badly! Don’t work here!

AMN is a quality company. I am blessed to be able to work here and I thank AMN for this great opportunity.

I have been working at AMN Healthcare for almost 4 months now and I have to say it has been pretty great! I have an AWESOME manager and GREAT GREAT team! I am still in the learning stage, and everyone is so helpful! I am here from Dallas, so I get to go into the new very nice office, when I want to get out of the house:) Everyone is so friendly! I'm really glad I was given this opportunity to work at AMN Healthcare!

AMN Just done an UNEXPECTED LAYOFF for SEVERAL employees! Literally- Unexpected! No notice no warning, called them into a teams meeting to inform that day would be their last. Why? Because they decided to give their jobs to people overseas! Which means? Many AMERICANS lose their livelihood! People in the UNITED STATES lose their job security so a multibillion dollar company can pay people overseas to do it for half the price! DO NOT WORK, or TRAVEL FOR AMN!

My company has been a partner of AMN to provide staffing for Providence. I am writing this review to simply make any potential partners aware of the potential for serious invoicing issues. We have several invoices that are well past 90 days old now. AMN has a 'Pay-when-paid' policy and will tell you that they pay within 10 days. The reality is that they give the client 30 days to approve invoices to pay. THEN, another 30 days to actually pay.and THEN, AMN pays within 10 days. So it should actually be 60-70 days for payment, BUT they don't enforce the policy with their client so invoices just sit for indefinite periods. If you do business with them, you need to be aware and able to absorb this inability to pay on time.

Their interpretive services needs to be revamped. I dread having to call pts with their services because it takes around 2-3 minutes to actually be set-up with an interpreter. This adds up over the course of a day. The operator asks my name, department, clinic code, dial out phone number, if I want to leave a message if no answer. Then, I am transferred to an interpreter who asks the same questions. This is really frustrating.

I have worked for AMN for the past year and a half and did not believe a company as great as this could exist! They truly care about our personal lives, taking care of us first and ensuring we have everything we need to be successful.

So often, companies love to sell the dream. I can honestly say that AMN is truly who they say they are.

I don't think I've ever been a part of a more diverse and inclusive company before in my life.

We have an incredible culture that provides great philanthropic opportunities as well as an array of ERG groups you can join to support your platforms.

What makes AMN so great is our people and our leadership.
