Treatment: Microneedling

The good:
- Beautiful, relaxing treatment room, with calming music
- Helpful and kind staff - each time I called, they were pleasant and helpful
- Monique was my aesthetician- she had a great energy, was helpful, informative, and professional

The not so good:
- Upon check in, the woman at the front desk asked if I wanted the ‘highly encouraged’ numbing cream for $15. I declined, since I wasn’t comfortable with the unexpected expense, and $15 seems steep for one dose of numbing cream.
- The treatment was very painful, so I think numbing cream should be included and built into the cost of the treatment. It felt very manipulative and stingy/greedy to ask for $15 on top of the price I had already signed on for, but since it’s a painful treatment, it should include numbing cream from the get go.
- For this reason, I left with a bad taste in my mouth, so I hope they rethink the numbing up charge. Otherwise, I would’ve had a positive impression of the treatment and the business.

I was a little skeptical at first because their prices were very inexpensive. I ended up getting a package of six laser hair removal treatments through Groupon. I did get a little confused about only using one voucher per client. Even their regular prices are in the more affordable range, in my opinion, if you’re looking to get treatments just make sure you understand that Groupon is more of a “try our services” deal or otherwise they’re small business probably wouldn’t be able to make it because their prices are very competitive and ideal if your on a budget. That being said, they are a small business and both technicians have something unique to bring to the plate. I had Svetlana for my first few rounds and she was great and patient with me. Those treatments were the toughest because you’re getting through the bulk of any hair removal. Now, for my last sessions, I’ve chosen to go with Paige who is a little more delicate and detail oriented good for those final touchups. It sucks others haven’t had positive experiences with Amore. I have been to other companies that do laser hair removal and communication is always key for coordinating pain tolerance and result overview. Also hormones affect how well pain is handled so that is a big variable for us ladies and it is subjective to each person. Overall, I’ve been really happy with my experience and I’ve seen great results. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The customer service is really good here. Very accommodating and professional staff. I have had worst experience with other laser salons and this place is total opposite of all the other places I have been to. Thank you, Amore! <3

I do not recommend it at all, I bought a package of 6 sections for various areas of my body and after the 4th section I did not see even a small change, and you are supposed to see small changes in each section until the beautiful, in addition to the fact that the treatment is painful, I asked for my money, I also complained but their response was that the changes began to appear after the 6th section, which is not true, and on top of that they give you appointments from 7 to 8 approximately weeks so the treatment is not effective, DO NOT COME WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE

First off, receptionist is extremely short and rude! Also, don't buy a Groupon if you are a returning customer! The fine print states that only one per customer, which I did only purchase one, but DOES NOT state that it is not applicable to returning customers, even if it is for a totally different procedure! False advertising Amore, you are going to lose a ton of business!
