I would give the staff 5 stars and would also give them my well wishes on account of the manager at the service department. Staff is friendly cooperative and helpful. Manager has a hairpin temper and will absolutely scream over the phone while using any insult he feels is necessary if he feels you question his work in the slightest. Honestly after speaking with management I would be nervous to step foot on the premises after hearing how angry this person got during a phone call. I came here because there was no wait for my bike to be worked on and looking back that should’ve been a sign. Anyone can leave a review and at the end of the day it’s just my opinion. What I would recommend is call other dealerships and just ask their opinion of Ducati Dallas. Multiple dealerships let me know exactly how they felt about this particular location without any prompting on my end. Notice good reviews are for sales.

Bought a scrambler here last year and I've bought several Ducati's from different dealerships. For some reason, AMS always gives me the WORST trade in values for my Ducati's. I've tried them 3 times on 3 different Ducati's, they were the worst bid in all 3 situations.

Took my bike in 2 times brand new V2 made terrible noise in top end only had 4000 miles. Every time I rode it after 10 min noise come back it sat in their dealership for several months they give it back saying nothing wrong. Give me $600 bill for software updates and unnecessary service. Turns out had they called Ducati they would have known about a known problem with top end that had simple remedy. I had 5 trips to track all resulted in loading bike after 20 min due to loud noises. If you have series bike issues go some where else as with Simon departure mechanics skills are absent. This lack of service forced me to dump the bike for no money and buy new R6 to have dependable serviceable motorcycle. All they needed to do was contact Ducati this is inexcusable.

I highly recommend AMS Ducati Dallas, all the guys there are great!

Jeff, the owner, is a straight shooter amazing business man! His dealer is beautiful, but his office, is sight to behold (I am jealous). You would have to go there and see it. Words don't do it justice. And while you there, pick up a new motorcycle or a jacket!

I feel bad for the team that has to work under the owner Jeff. I was presented with a deal about to sign the paperwork. They gave me some time to think about everything over the holiday. Came back 4 days later, and they would not honor the deal we had agreed upon. Really? You’re willing to lose business because you won’t honor the agreement you presented to me. Absolutely crazy. You might be the premier Ducati store in Dallas. Treating your customers the right way and taking care of them goes along way. I would not recommend buying a Ducati from here. Take your business elsewhere. It’s sad to see your team suffer at the hands of poor ownership and lack of leadership running this place.

Best experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle! I can't say enough good things about Marty, Jeff and the friendly staff at AMS Ducati. Not only did I pick-up the bike of my dreams, but Marty spent more than an hour of his time providing an in-depth orientation on my new Ducati. This is what good customer service is all about. I will consider AMS Ducati first when looking to purchase another motorcycle.

Marty Scribner is the best sales person. Knows his stuff and knows how the deal is done. I purchased my first ducati and he gave me the best deal on Diavel that worked out great for everyone.

Service department is amazing as well. Even though I live in McKinney, I don't mind riding to AMS dealership for servicing and other stuff.

This review is for the service department manager. Went to pick up my bike for the 1st service. Parked my car inside of the patio like last time, so my wife would drive the car. This time, the manager, rude as usual* shout "Park in the parking lot". I asked surprised, parking lot? Pointing to the end of driveway, inside of the gates. The manager answered, pointing to the street. - Park on the parking lot ". This time he was lauder an rude than before. Like I was infringing law. No social skills, respect or care. Maybe my 517.00 weren't worth a little treatment, friendly at least. After parking, walked in to pay the service, all the mechanics were at lunch time, watching TV. No hi, no nothing.except for the front desk guy who I had all conversation. I really was expecting from the maneger approach and use a different tone "man, sorry but you can't park your car here. " but no, instead, someone (I guessing.someone who needs confirm who is the boss) BURP very loud, like a pig that no longer needs a veterinarian. Unacceptable in a Ducati service shop. Never listened something like that in a business space. Any respect for me or for teamworkers. The AMS dealership, I like everything about. Jeff, Marty.experts, good people. When I can I go by for a chat, and a coffee. Its nice place and probably is where I will buy my 4th Ducati in the row. However, will take other location for service.

Bought my Super sport from them 14 months ago and still love it. They are always super helpful and low pressure when I'm there.

Whether you are prepping for race day, having scheduled (or emergency) maintenance performed, or need someone to install accessories, this team will treat you right and do the job well. There’s a closer Ducati shop but I make the trip to AMS Ducati Dallas.

Was on the hunt for Multistrada V4s pannier bags, and AMS Ducati Dallas not only had them in stock, but offered super quick shipping and great communication.one of the bags was missing a shoulder strap / shoe bag, and they dispatched a replacement the same day I e-mailed them about it. Very prompt, friendly, and kept me up to date all they way. Was a pleasure to deal with them. A refreshing splash of genuine customer service in this world, thank you!

Honestly. Best sales experience In my 34 years of life. Roy, you already know… you the man. Amazing customer service. Most professional of all professionals. This man works hard and you can tell he loves his job and his customers. I appreciate spending my money where it’s appreciated and AMS Ducati of Dallas knocked the buying experience of this 2023 Ducati V4SP2 out of the park. Couldnt be more satisfied from how thorough and quick the team was putting the bike together to all the detailed walk throughs and valueable information received from Roy. Highly recommend. Jeff, Alex, Thomas, and Marty were class acts and extremely helpful in sourcing a new-old-stock monoposto tail that was specific to my 998. I had looked for over a year thinking there was no way Ducati still had OEM parts for my nearly 20-year-old bike. Thank you for making my year, appreciate you guys.

Best annual service I have had in some time.knowledgeable service team broke down the process for me. Brought scrambler cr in on short notice and they even cleaned up the bike and plastic parts before I picked it up. I really appreciate that. Glad I went to AMS Ducati thank you!

Amazing service. I placed an order on an out of stock item, they emailed me with options and an in stock by date. Like they said, January 26th came and the item was available and shipped! I've spent thousands on my Ducati Monster through AMS Ducati and have yet to have a bad experience.
