I bought a prowler 4yrs ago had no major problems did all my maintenance as per amtexequipment maintenance plan.if I ran into any issue Ben (and his staff are the best) was just a phone call away.he would stay on the phone till all my concerns were met. I recently purchased a 2014 Amtex Marine 3047, again I am very satisfied and will continue to use Amtex equipment for all my Truckmount needs.

I've gone to Amtex Equipment to have my carpet cleaning equipment serviced multiple times. Ben, the owner is always helpful and goes out of his way to help anyone. Amtex systems are amazing and the type of equipment you get for the money, completely blows every other company out of the water. Great Company to work with.

I have been in the carpet cleaning business for 26 years. Over that time I have used just about every major brand of machine made. The Amtex machines are almost bulletproof. I have had mine for almost 3 years with no issues. The way they are designed is also ingenious. There is always a way to bypass any issue if some little part breaks. This is very helpful because it allows you to continue working while you wait for Ben to send you the part. And speaking of Ben. The man is like the Rain Main of truckmounts. Call the guy anytime if you have and issue and he can diagnose it and walk you through how to fix it over the phone so that you can stay up and running if you are waiting for a part. Best customer service of ANY company in any industry that I have ever worked with. The other reviewer claiming Ben has bad customer service is a MORON! Do not believe what he says. Ben rocks and so do his machines!

I heard about AmTex and that they had a great reputation. I bought a machine that needed work and figured I would take it to them. Ben and his guys did a fantastic job at getting my truck mounted unit back together and did it on time. It runs like a monster now. Also I spent 2 different nights there just working on my equipment with them because they wanted to figure what was wrong just as bad as I did. While I was there I was treated like family. I have to say its the best customer service I have had in my whole life and the quality is above and beyond expectations. Ask anyone about Ben and his guys with AmTex and they will tell you the same.

Ben at amtex has REAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ill NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MACHINE from this dude. AMTEX IS BULL.
