19I was second in line for a simple oil change and I still waited 3 hours to get it completed. That has never happened before. I’m always early, either first or second in line, to avoid waiting as long as I did.
Horrible no communication from service department till the following day. I was left without a vehicle when nothing was done to it. Service advisor left early and no one called me I attempted several times but every one told me I had to speak with him. They told me he was at lunch. I had to arrange transportation for work the next day.
Regular oil change but I know the car will be checked over. Found a faulty positive lead that could have resulted in breakdown. New service advisor Massad Hannawi went well beyond expected customer service expectations.
Otis, service advisor, provided great customer service. He took time to explain and SHOW me what needed to be repaired. The repair parts had to be ordered and Otis instructed me when to come back for the actual repairs. When I came back, he immediately got my car checked in and repairs started. He kept me informed of how the repairs were progressing and gave me a military discount. The service department waiting area is spacious, has work areas, coffee, and TV. Yeah, I appreciated the service and accommodations at Ancira Nissan.
Massad Hassan helped with the service of my Nissan Quest that had numerous issues its a 2013 Quest that looks like 2021. Massad helped make sure I had transportation home and that I received my Quest in timely manner. He also showed me the repairs on the Quest needed with facetime camera very helpful and I believe this will help me and my vehicle over the long run. Bought a used vehicle at Ancira Nissan with sales consultant Lou Syring in San Antonio. The experience was very satisfactory. Transaction did not take long and very satisfied with my vehicle purchase.
Massad was extremely helpful and went out of his way to be helpful in every way. He helped me with a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced He is a true professional I will be back when time arises and ask for him personally!
Great experience from the moment we got there until we left. They are not pushy, they listen. Cameron was our sales guy and he was awesome, was able to answer any questions we had. Johnathan was our finance guy and he really went to work for us to make sure we got the best rates possible. The overall experience as I said was great, very top notch, and would 100% do business with them again.
My wife and I went in to look at Nissans and trade in her used Hyundai Elantra. One of the sales representatives, Eddie, helped us during the process. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and he answered all our questions. We did not buy at the time because we want to explore some other options before buying, but we will be sure to ask for Eddie if we go back to Nissan.
This place is where me and my husband always get our cars taken care of and they always do a great job and if there’s anyone I can recommend the Mussad is the best choice he’s the best. He’s funny, friendly, and very quick making sure your car gets taken care of every time
My Husband and I could not be more pleased with our most recent trade (2019 Rogue SV) and buying (2021 Rogue SV Premium) experience at Ancira Nissan. Ana was fabulous! She took extra special care of us and made us feel like family. Ana answered all our of questions with courteous professionalism. Jonathan expertly facilitated and even made our financing experience fun! Who would’ve thought numbers and extended warranty could be a good time? Usually when one is the last ones at any business, the employees are anxious and quick to rush you out the door, but not at Ancira Nissan! We loved it so much that we took my mom-in-law in 2 days later to trade (2018 Murano S) and buy her own new vehicle (2021 Murano SV Special Edition)! She was very disappointed with World Car Nissan where she purchased her vehicle before. We have now converted her and she is an Ancira Gal! Thank you for taking the time to read this.
I went in to get an oil change which that went fine. However, the representative who reached out to me to offer additional services told me my brakes were extremely bad and recommended they be replaced asap. She also told me that my battery was bad and needed to be replace. Not prepare to pay $500 in one visit. I declined but she pushed me again and explained how terrible it would be to be without proper brake pads. She also told me that my battery had a 42k mile warranty and I unfortunately was just above that. I had never heard of a battery having mileage warranty and I did purchase this vehicle brand new from this dealership. I declined the battery replacement but I hesitantly agreed to the brake replacement. Leaving the dealership I went straight to auto zone to get my battery tested and it was found to be good. I have not had any issues with my battery or my brakes before and I feel the representative was misleading only to pile on services not needed with additional costs.
Massad was friendly and professional. He was also kind enough to fix a loose cover by my tire that needed a clip and he installed my personal windshield wipers for free. Kept me on the loop while I was waiting in the lobby and was very knowledgeable.
Durning my time at Nissan Ancira Julio Rodriguez provided outstanding customer service. He made sure I got the car I at a price that was in my budget and suitable for me. I highly recommend Julio for any future purchase at Nissan Ancira.
We went to look for a truck (we bought our Rouge there 5 yrs ago). The salesman came out "Bob" was pleasant, friendly and professional. We started looking around and he says "we got this truck in yesterday & I think you'll like it" we took it for a test drive & yah we loved it! So, our plan of looking around for the day turned into we bought the truck! We found out the salesman that helped us 5 yrs ago had died. Yet, we were very happy with Bob. I was NOT looking forward to spending the day looking for a truck & never thought we'd find one so fast. I am thankful that Bob listened to us & what we wanted turned out to be a good day!
The only negative I have to say is the truck had to be cleaned & a couple things fixed. Bob said they could deliver it "Great right" but a couple days later he calls & says no one could follow him back to work, so we had to bring him back there. Didn't make much sense to have it delivered.
We were happy with Ancira Nissan when we bought the Rouge and we are happy now with the truck! Plus it saved me from having to spend the whole day running around trying to find the perfect truck!
Ancira Nissan dealership staff is awesome. Someone is always there to wait on you. As soon as you drive up, there is someone there with a smiling face to greet you. Ancira Nissan is the way to go, should you need a rental vehicle. Their rates are VERY reasonable and they're not like Budget, Enterprise or Avis. They are lenient, courteous and most of all, the BEST
I had a 30K mile service done on my Titan. The service advisor, Miguel, was extremely attentive and courteous. I was supplied with a loaner vehicle while the truck was in the shop so, although the service was not completed until the following day, I had adequate transportation. The service advisor called me with updates and informed me of recall repairs being performed and the warranty replacement of my battery. As far as I can tell, everything was done per the service description. The only issues I had were, the battery was replaced in my key fob with a dead battery and the tires, though rotated, were not aired up. Both, very minor items compared to the level of service.
We will never buy another vehicle from this place, turns out we do not get free oil changes! When we got the car, the sales person didn't know what he was selling us! So I don't get free oil changes only a maintenance package for $3000 with a $100 deductible that cover electrical and engine. They didn't offer us anything for the sales person's mistake!
Julio from ancria was excellent and patient, He made sure he did his best and I was able to walk out with a vehicle for a decent down payment and a even better monthly payment! I definitely recommend going and talking to Julio
