Walked in ready to find a new car a woman approached me immediately and she was not slightly helpful at all. The first thing she did was show me prices based on credit and income information and basically told me I would be paying above average on any 2021 - 2020 car. I showed her a picture of a vehicle I had found online and she told me that car was not available and they didn't have anything similar after a less than three minute search on her computer. I was never told about any deals or given any options. I left shortly after and went to another Volkswagen location farther out and the first thing that other Volkswagen location did was show me deals and offers that helped bring down my overall price. That other location also had the vehicle I was looking for in stock. So if your looking for a car maybe you should try other locations first.

Took my car VW Passat in for a 60,000 mile inspection and found out I needed some pricier work done on the car. I was pretty sure that I had bought an extended warranty 4 1/2 years and three states ago that should have covered it. I told my point of contact Derrick and he looked into it. When I was getting ready to leave he said he wasn't able to contact the California dealership where I bought it yet due to the time difference but he would try again later. They did a good job on my car and the inspection and a little brake work that was needed but I was worried about the $1000 service that still needed to be done.

Derrick called back a few hours later and said he had gotten in touch with my original dealership, got the info they needed and that the cost to fix my car would be $0! I was stoked and thanked Derrick again. He set up an appointment for the following week (yesterday as a matter of fact) and got me a loaner car while they worked on mine. Derrick and the rest of the staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful, I am glad I went to them and would recommend them to anyone!

Left Jetta there for 60k checkup. Also had fuel injectors cleaned. Left it overnight and picked it up the next day. Everything went great!

Ian & Derrick set up our service appointment & welcomed us when we arrived.
Shuttle service was offered, but the waiting area was so accomodating, we just worked from there. Ian checked on us and explained the work being done on the car. He even alerted us to repairs that we would need to make in the near future.
The service work was completed on schedule for a fair price. We were very pleased!
Highly recommend!
