The truth about Mark Anderson, Anderson Air and Quality Foam Solutions. If there is even a 1% chance the spray foam you are about to install in your home could be harmful to you or your loved ones, would you still install it? The true test of a mans character is when things go wrong. I hired Mark Anderson for an open cell attic spray foam job. Completely careless and botched job. On top of damages to my property, scratched up windowsills, foam droppings all over our brand new wood floors, completely torn up attic entry door, sloppy foam droppings all over the attic floor, all over the AC handler and AC ducts, electrical wiring, can lights, bathroom vents, literally anything and everything inside the attic has foam droppings all over it, the foam continues to “Off Gas Toxic Fumes” into our newly remodeled home because of either incorrect installation or defective expired foam. Reached out to Mark to show him these issues and he immediately starts deflective responsibility off himself and refuses to help in anyway. Have gone back-and-forth with this man for over a month now. After finally getting him to show up to look at the job he goes from “I don’t smell anything, to “the smell is not harmful, ” to “my guys don’t listen to me”, all within a 30 minute period. He has no problem lying right to your face. His own employees do not respect him or his authority. He does not care about the safety of his own employees or his customers. If anything goes wrong with your job his only concern is deflecting responsibility off himself. After consulting with attorneys and considering an expensive and long drawn out court case, we even gave him multiple chances to get out of this situation by simply removing the defective foam or at least refunding half the money. We have been out of our home, living in a barn with no plumbing for a month now. We have been desperate and pleading with this man to do the right thing and remove the toxic foam. He has completely stopped responding at this point and flat out refuses to admit any responsibility. He literally could not care less about our situation. Does this sound like the kind of person you want to risk doing business with? With thousands of air conditioning and foam companies to choose from, why take the chance? Trust me, find someone else! You can read the entire story and exactly what happened and exactly the kind of person this man really is by reading our formal complaint online with the Better Business Bureau of Cleburne. We were finally talked into suing Mark Anderson/Anderson Air and was assured we would reach a significant settlement. However, the catch is that I would be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement, preventing me from telling my story, so that all of you could see the truth about this man and his business. I chose to take the loss so I could post the truth for all to read. There is a direct link between the chemicals in spray foam and cancer and other negative health issues. Saving a few dollars on your energy bill is not worth your life or your home. There is a possibility spray foam products may not be harmful if installed 100% correct the very first time. But certainly not something you should risk with someone who absolutely will not face responsibility and could literally care less about you in the event your installation goes wrong. If you’re considering spray foam, RUN! If you’re considering hiring this company for anything, why take the risk? Choose your contractors wisely. Choose your products wisely. If this guy was willing to risk his company, his reputation and all his employees over $6800, how is he going to act after you spend $12,000, $20,000 or $30,000 plus for a brand new AC system that starts having problems or burns out completely? Based on how he handled this project gone wrong and his other 1 star reviews online, he’s going to do everything he can to deflect responsibility off of himself and refuse to take the loss while you sit in a 100 degree house with no AC.

Michael was a super nice guy. Knew exactly what was wrong right away and had our AC blowing cold in no time. For sure will be using Anderson Air from now on for all our HVAC needs.

I went by as a “do it yourselfer” replacing the capacitor on my a/c unit. They didn’t have the part, but referred me to someone that they thought would have.

The tech Orion (I believe that's his name) came and repaired my pioneer inverter mini split. He was very kind, very professional. Answered all my questions without an ounce of being annoyed. Very knowledgeable and honest. Trustworthy people. The repair was pricey but worth every penny cause the copper line got bent and damaged so he had to do all sorts of stuff to fix it. I highly recommend their business.

Ordered a Carrier system and was backorderd for 3-4 months. Finally it all arrived and install began. They sent three millennials out to do the install. During install they noticed the air handler would not fit and they determined the wrong air handler was ordered. Now they scrambled to get a substitute which was a Bryant. I reluctantly accepted even though I know Carrier makes Bryant but now I have mismatching units. They also installed the wrong thermostat which did not allow for the heatstrips to turn on automatically. I called them and they said that's the way it works and I will have to manually turn the heatstrips on. But after research found I needed to install another thermostat which allowed it to kick on automatically. And finally at the end of the install, it was taking a long time for the house to cool to 77 degrees from 88 degrees. The installer said he had to pick up his kid from school and he needed the money for the job so he could leave even though the house was not cooling yet. We felt something was wrong with the install because it was not cooling yet. He still wanted the check so he called his boss and I overheard his boss yelling to get the check and go. We reluctantly gave him the check and he left. The house finally cooled down to 77 degrees but it took about four hours which was insane. It's cooling OK now but something's still seems wrong. My humidity from the old system was about 45% and now the new system is around 62% on average. Always seems kind of sticky in the house. I CANNOT recommend Andersen Air from this experience. Very unprofessional towards us.

Anderson Air did a great job on my new A/C, they were very prompt, Justin Jones did a great job performing the spring maintenance.
I will always recommend these folks.

They sent their guys out to install a mini-split unit after another company failed to keep their promise after six months of excuses. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were sure to keep us "in the loop" with everything they were doing. My dogs even liked them! We are totally impressed and grateful to them for their efforts. Our garage conversion pool room is warm now, something space heaters just weren't doing well, and we are really looking forward to throwing out this old window unit we were using and having the room nice and cool in the summer.

Thank you, gentlemen!
