There is nothing more disheartening than a LOCAL company ignoring you after you give them your business. We had an issue with our a/c, and it hasn't worked properly since the repair. I've called multiple times to no avail. It looks like we will have to call someone else. I would have much more respect if they would just tell me, "we don't want to come back to your residence. " I guess we got our answer. How sad!
Had a small issue with our refrigerator. Called first thing in the morning. They made the necessary repair before noon the same day. Very friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you!
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company and will not be working with them again. Service technician was rude and caused more issues than he fixed. Wish I could say differently, but we ended up just wasting our money and having to find another company to fix the issue correctly.
