I called Andres Photography before our family trip to Texas, when the only day I knew we’d have available to meet for a photo shoot was a Sunday morning. He not only agreed to meet us, he made our family shoot a beautiful and memorable one! I can’t wait to enjoy our photos. Thank you Andres for your LESS than helpful reply to my review. Unfortunately, your response does not accurately represent the situation but merely shows you have the ability to GASLIGHT a customer in order to make yourself appear, to unknowing potential customers, as the better person. While you did take nice photos you only delivered via Dropbox and NEVER indicated which were edited nor supplied us with a document indicating that we would have printing rights. In fact, all of the photos have your logo on them so you can imagine how awkward that would be to have them printed and displayed in our home with your logo on them (not to mention I don't want to do free advertisement for a company that CANNOT HONOR their basic contracts and obligations). In addition, I sent the list of photos for the prints and the books you stated we would receive, not for free, but because we paid for the package however NONE of the items were delivered. You mentioned to me on a couple of occasions you had MISPLACED the list. Regarding the issue of your videographer, if you hire someone they are a representative of your company. Yes, even your cousin is a representative of your business. When it comes to the issue of the storm in the winter of 2021, our wedding video should have been released to us long before that as our wedding was in March of 2020. So you had our video in your possession (your cousin is an extension of your business so yes, in your possession) for over a year and a half and NEVER gave it to us. The amount of negligence you and your company have displayed is incredible.

I am so happy you have learned your lesson from our incident, however, that does not take away from the immeasurable damage, stress, and emotional damage you have caused by your lack of care, attention, or basic empathy. You still continued to work with that videographer, yes we know you worked with him not that long ago despite your representations in your reply to my initial review, especially since you continue to publicly praise him for his work and how you are both a 'great team' (which I beg to differ).

Unfortunately, as I mentioned in my initial review we have since lost multiple people in our friend and family group that not only appeared in our original wedding video but had also taken video/photos at our wedding, so sending you videos for a compilation isn't as simple as you may think it is. You took away memories from our family that can't be replaced with an email or text requesting video and photos from them and then expecting that to be an adequate replacement for a professional job YOU WERE PAID to do.

Given your UNPROFESSIONALISM and disregard for the importance of the job that people hire and trust you to do I find it hard to believe that this is the first time you have had someone dissatisfied.

What should have been one of the greatest moments of our lives turned out to be one of the worst. We contracted Andres Photography to handle the photography and video for our event. Little did we know this would be one of the worst decisions we could have ever made. In the contract they were supposed to have given us portraits that we never received. As if that wasn’t enough, even after asking countless times for our video they never gave it to us. Despite us asking numerous times it took not only months, but over a year for them to let us know that they lost all of our wedding footage. This was devastating to us as people that were not only in those videos but who also left video messages have since passed away. We have no video of our very special day. I can’t quantify the amount of stress and devastation this has caused. If you are searching for a photographer/videographer for you special day, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to ensure you will have your memories properly captured and your contract honored to its fullest.

Very close friends of mine contracted Andres Photography to capture their wedding day. While this was done in 2020 this is still something that haunts them. I helped her pay for her photography and when she told me it was someone who was prior military I didn’t question it…being prior military myself. However, what I wasn’t prepared for was for this company to take advantage of my friend/family and not honor the contract we paid for. It is beyond despicable to have someone take advantage of another person this way by not honoring the contract and package they paid for. It is blatantly obvious in the responses to their prior negative reviews that he has continued to gaslight them and refuses to take responsibility for the damage his company has done. To tell someone ‘If either or both of you can get past the lost video file and simply focus on ALL of your AMAZING photography, perhaps that aspect of your order could finally be fulfilled. ’ is ridiculous. Get past the lost video? You took memories away from them with family members and friends that cannot be replaced because some have since passed away. Not to mention…. Finally fulfilled? Their wedding was in March of 2020. Finally fulfilled? We are in October of 2023. Shouldn’t their contract have been fulfilled in 2020? You didn’t hesitate to take our payment, however here we are still without photos, prints, books…. And yes a video that you insist on them getting over.

When my (now) wife contacted me to tell me she had found someone to do the photography for our wedding I was happy but a bit weary as I was deployed and couldn't be there to meet the person myself. However, she mentioned that he was prior military and military friendly so I trusted it would be fine. He came to the wedding with his cousin as the videographer and at that point I was even more skeptical. He assured me that everything would be fine. Fast forward to after the wedding and we couldn't get him to give us the prints he promised, the books he promised, the printing rights he promised, and if that wasn't enough he lost all of the video footage from our wedding. Despite numerous attempts to get him to give us the video it took over a year and a half, almost 2 years for him to tell us the video had been lost. He didn't even tell us, it took us bugging him numerous times for him to tell us the truth. As a paying customer you shouldn't have to hunt for someone that you paid for a service to get them to not only give you what you paid for but also to tell you the truth about what happened to your items. It is ridiculous that this person not only continues to act as if he did nothing wrong but gaslights my wife when it comes to the situation. This is beyond infuriating and I am making sure that everyone I know not only in that area but also surrounding areas is aware of what this person is doing and how they are continuing to 'con' and take advantage of people.

Andres was exceptional to work with for my son’s graduation pictures. He went out of his way to find the perfect backgrounds and lighting for each picture. He allowed plenty of time for changes of outfits, props and continued to take pictures until we had captured everything. Andres’ communication is top notch from the beginning of the project to the end highly recommend. I am looking forward to doing some family photos this spring with him!

I love this duo! I'm not a photogenic person. I'm kinda ugly. But these guys made me look like a superstar! One thing that I was worried about, when hiring a photographer, was getting someone that was rude or made me feel bad about myself. However - Andres and his cousin (pretty sure it was his cousin) were amazing and super friendly. They put my husband and myself at ease, and really made us feel comfortable. The pictures we have received so far are amazing, and I can't wait to get the rest of them. They made a memorable event even MORE special. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Andres was very professional and was always available to answer any questions. I was very pleased with my graduation photos and was blown away with the quality of the photos that we ordered. For someone who does not enjoy taking photos he made the process enjoyable and is very easy going. It’s almost as if I had known him personally. My family and I wanted to thank you for everything.

Highly recommend and will be using again in the future! Andres worked with a large group of us to organize taking family photos at a local park. He worked great with the kids, made us all laugh and really made us feel comfortable in different poses. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience!

Andres was professional, helpful, and very patient. We had a huge group with multiple kids, and he handled it with ease. My stay in San Antonio was temporary, and I was in need for a photographer to capture memories of my Wife and I in San Antonio. Mr. Andres was just that professional and so much more!
He replied in just minutes after I enquired through his website and was super friendly throughout the whole process. Once we met him, he explained the whole transaction with clarity and went above and beyond to take some amazing pictures all while keeping us in the loop of what his vision was, as well as keeping our request in mind.
I would definitely seek out Mr. Andres if I am ever in San Antonio again.
