Very disappointed with GI Alliance. I was told to arrive one hour before my procedure. It too five minutes to check in and I sat in the lobby for 1 hour 40 minutes before being called. This clinic has no respect for a patient's time as there was no reason to show up an hour early. When my friend experienced a family emergency, I told the clinic she was not available to pick me up. The Clinical Director, Valerie Miller, became indignant and rude telling me to call my friend and tell her to leave the hospital (her father suffered a stroke) and pick me up. Needless to say, I didn't call my friend and left the clinic with a Uber driver. I will never return to this clinic or recommend this clinic and will let my PCP know about my experience.

TDDC and his staff was very pleasant, caring, respectful and friendly making my experience more relaxed and my anxiety go away. The pre-op and post- op was very professional and their willingness to answer any questions I may had. I appreciate Dr Bolin and his staff for making me feel very comfortable. I know I was in good hands.

Dr. Bolin is easy to talk to, and he listens to you. He and the staff at the Texas Endoscopy surgical center on Parker where they did my colonoscopy and endoscopy were amazing! Great Doctor and wonderful staff. Jackie got me checked in quickly, and waiting to go back. I had NO problems with the procedure or the "PREP". Pre op and recovery nurses, Krystal and Felicia were the best, Jennifer and Wendy helped me during the procedure and Dr. Casey kept me comfortable and sedated the whole time. Thank you Dr. Bolin for the good report, and I look forward to seeing you all in another 5 years.
