From my initial contact with Dr Keene’s practice through my visit/appointment, my total experience was nothing short of perfect. Mariana provided timely feedback while handling the scheduling of my appointment. Brooke reached out to my insurance provider, in trying to acquire coverage. Unfortunately I did not have coverage for my procedure, but Brooke’s attempts AND feedback to me, were done timely and clear. The actual x-ray, cleaning and exam process were thorough and I was never made to feel rushed. Dr Keene and staff are GREAT!

The staff in this office actually pick up the phone to speak with you about appointments (or whatever information you might require. All assistants are supremly we qualified and always conscious about the potential for infection. All my dental procedures thus far have been painfree and done with utmost patience and gentleness,
