4Went to ask about a simple nearly cosmetic procedure, and was suggested tonsillectomy, since requested procedure is not done by the doctor. I don't argue the medical advice in this review or any sort of capacity. I am in a deep shock seeing the bill of 282 USD for saying I do not do this.sorry, but this is insane and is more fault of BSW. 5 minute appointment ~ 282 USD. Will be very carful in future going to a specialist and suggest everyone to ask for an estimate first.
I was so pleased with the care and service I received here. Dr. Brochu was kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. His nurse Patsy was phenomenal! She took the time to go over everything, in detail, for my upcoming surgery. Staff was friendly and well informed. I highly recommend these guys for your ENT needs. You will be in great hands! Thank you!
I am terrible at these things. Dr. Brochu was kind, respectful, didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience in his day. Yes, I would recommend him whole heartedly.
He loves his job and it shows. His nurse was awesome as well. They care about their patients and help you understand process for care needed.
