For what they charge, I'm sure they can afford improvements, like the bathrooms, the water pressure in the showers, an extended cement path or boardwalk to the beach?

Great place to chill and have a great time with family. But everyone needs to keep are beach clean. Do a good deed. And good things comes ur way. So next time u see trash on the floor, well u know.

While being parked here, my 5th wheel attachment in my truck…. Was stolen. So I’m stranded.

Not only am I a single woman —stranded without power, sewer, water, anything— but I was in a motorcycle crash that makes it nearly impossible for me to work.

So I can’t leave and the rate for my parking space (which, it is a parking space—that is all it is) keeps increasing.

$25 a day to now $35 a day—-and I can’t leave.

The workers claim my truck hitch was not stolen here.

Ok. I agree, it seems probably difficult but they have cameras. Please…. Why are you not checking them when I’ve been asking since the day it happened?

I can’t press charges or pursue damages against the guilty party until I can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt WHERE the theft took place.

I need those tapes. Please release the proof to me or stop asking me to pay rent in a spot I can’t leave.

Overly populated beach during the summer. HOWEVER, it is clean and well taken care of. Some of the access points have showers, bathrooms, and a vendor selling food and drinks. Others are access points directly to drive onto the beach.

The beach was great ideal for the surfers as you can see. Keep the beaches clean and mind the turtles a wonderful place to pass a few hours.

I didnt go in the bathroom and the playground was blocked off, so i cant review those ‍️

Have been going here the past 15 years and beach is always clean. I do wish they place more pavement to get to the beach.

Great place at a great price, all hook up's for your RV's and quick access to the beach from here. Also access to all beach access at no extra charge.

For $12 I at least expected clean bathrooms that didn't reek and showers that actually worked. It was really dirty and we got there at 9am.

Beautiful place! It's been three years since we've been here and it's still fantastic. The only bad part is the extremely hot walk from the parking lot to the beach. Sand gets very very hot so be prepared.

We have been coming here for a beach access car parking lot location. $12 entrance fee plus $3 transaction fee if using a card. Place has an RV parking lot apart from regular vehicle parking. Bathrooms are available with indoor showers and a set of outdoor showers as well. Not giving 5 starts because their wooden porch dining area doesn't have an overhead tarp, so your dining in direct sunlight and their "play area" has been broken down for a long time. Also not 5 star because their bathrooms are only opened until 6: 30 pm. I feel like they should be opened to at least 9 pm. Some people enjoy the beach at night or wait until sundown to wash off.

Walking to the beach is kinda short, but if you're dragging a cooler or a wagon, the thick soft sand will slow you down DRASTICALLY!

This place has become our favorite place to go for beach access. It's north enough to get away from the mass crowds, but not too far north that you're away from help.

We've cooked out here and ordered food to here with no problem.

Great place to find a camp away from people. We went 8 miles down the beach and our nearest neighbor was half a mile away.

It's alright lot of people go there park on the beach campout have a fire but that wind blows and there's more sand than you'll ever know I was buried if there's any way in sand but it was nice overall

Honestly south padre beach is waaay better than Galveston hands down. So fresh and little commotion just so friendly and lively. $12 for standard car to get in though

It is a bad hike down and going back up through heavy levels of sand especially during the peak hours of sunlight. Burned our feet trying to get to the beach with all our stuff, don't try taking an ice chest down this way you will have to carry it yourself.

Rating the RV side, not public side. Great place to set up a trailer. Not many slot available which is good and bad.bad cause it's limited but good because not as many people. The pavilion need some attention. The path to the beach also needs to be worked on and needs to add more of a wooden walkway. The existing one only goes out 1/4 of the way, the rest is soft sand and narrow. If the path was maintained and had a longer wooden walkway, I would of rate it better but let's be honest, we all stay there to have access to the beach and if it's a struggle to walk there then why stay there.

As RV park sad, tight coming into park driveway. Sites are close. Just paved oval section. Bathrooms look so bad they could be used in a slasher movie. Playground is closed. Thank God we have a nice rig with plenty hot water. On the other hand there is nice walkway for beach access. Beach nice, clean, not crowded.

Cool place with beach access, also if you in a 18 wheeler W/ Trailer you can park here and walk to a lot of food places. I rented a golf cart and had a mini vacation.

It's okay. Bare necessities. Staff friendly, but so much paperwork to check in, it was like buying a house. Shower was hot, but needs repairs.
