Andy's place is central to new braunfels area.
They located parts for all my equipment. A few of which some of the other locals didn't want to even attempt.
Pruner, zero turn, trimmers.
They also showed us how to do the repairs myself, if I chose not to use their services.thx guys

We love Andy's and highly recommend them. They are our go to dealer and our 1st stop for repairs or questions. These guys are very honest, good-hearted people. The whole team is wonderful and we always refer them to everyone! Sherman has been in the business forever and he always seems to know what's wrong just by me describing the issue. It's great to have someone with that kind of experience! Not to mention all the smiling faces behind the counter.

Had to pick up and rework my Ryobi electric riding mower and had to haul to another town. Had us on repairs and repairs and hauling and because it was something on their part, there was no charge! We didn't know any thing about the mower they could have made up a charge and we would be stuck paying. What an honest shop and just the nicest people!

I have used Andy’s 3 or 4 times. I have always had consistently great customer service and the quality of their work is superb.

I picked up my Honda lawn mower today and the work performed was outstanding, they figured out what the mower needed to fix transmission, fixed wheels, tuned up and it was done within quickly. Finally found a repair shop that does great work.

I could not be more pleased with their service and helpfulness. I would have gladly had them do the repairs for me but I was on a bit of a time crunch. They were very helpful on the phone with the diagnoses, and ordering parts which arrived in a very timely manner and had me up and running quickly. Unfortunately, now I have to go mow.

Excellent establishment for having parts but get ready to pay top dollar. When asking about parts the guy at the counter was kind of a jerk with the name of certain parts and made fun of how I explained them to him. Other than that they do servicing of any lawn equipment and they are a Stihl dealer. Whenever I can’t find parts I go here.

We took my husband's reel mower to get repaired, which took about a month, and in this month we got a lot of rain. When he went to go pick up, it was all rusted. He asked if it was left outside and they said yes. This is a very expensive item to just leave outside. My husband takes really good care of his lawn equipment and took it in good condition to the shop and they ended up giving it back all rusted.

Professional service. They value their customers out in the field when transporting equipment to & from the shop. Front desk and over the phone etiquette is respectful & polite. The shop is pretty accurate in their estimates and out standing in mower repairs.

Good place to get your small engine repaired. I took a Coleman go kart in for a diagnoses and they got back to me within a few days and explained what the issue was and what it would take to fix the issue.
Estimated price was reasonable and the turnaround on having the gokart ready was quicker than they estimated. Final price was actually less than estimated. Nice people to work with and reasonable prices. Would recommend to at least get an estimate from.

These guys are the best. I take my mowers for repairs here and always get supportive feedback. I bought my new mower where and was impressed at how easy you made it. Love the vertical storage feature and how well this thing cuts. Thank you!

Pressure washer wouldn’t start. Tech found the problem and gave me an estimate. He said it would take about 3 weeks due to their work load. Called me for pickup two days into the 3rd week. Final price was less than I was quoted. Great service.

Great service very knowledgeable you give them the correct info they will take the time to find what you need. They don't take short cuts.

I was greeted politely. The technician analyzed the problem with my inverter generator. He not only figured out what kind of repair was necessary but was also able to find the hard-to-find part that would be required to fix the problem. He gave me a quote that I considered to be fair and I left my generator for repair. Good, old-fashioned Texan service.

I’m a happy customer and am looking forward to picking up my repaired and “like-new” inverter in five days.
