Anett Sarmiento: Allstate Insurance, Houston TX

I've been a customer of Allstate for over 20 years and I'm very pleased with the service Anett Sarmiento and her staff have provided for me all these years, and they continue to do so.

The staff here is great and super helpful. Everytime that I've needed to call in for help with my policy they were quick to answer and take care of my problems.

They are professionals good attention, I recommend this Agency, but allstate is going up the prices I have to move

Friendly and helpful.but I think that rep.needs to give us a phone # or a an email we can text, or send the invoice, pictures to them in simple or easy way. In our situation, We sent a lot of time (about 10 times) but maybe they said they did not receive it or not the way they need.until I had to go to local agent office to ask for help.

The staff are very professional and helpful! I have been with this rep for quite some time now and I LOVE the fact of how Mrs. Arnett will personally quickly responds to her client's concerns if needed to settle matters.

I haven't had any negative experiences with the Sarmiento agency. They have always been tentative to my needs.

I like the Drivewise rewards that I’ve received. I just learned that I could turn it off when I’m not driving, so that’s a plus. In the past I removed trips where I was not the driver. I’ve not needed any “services” to date but I’m confident if I had they would have been handed proficiently.

Always keeping me updated, not only on auto insurance but things that affect it like care break in in the community, texting see do I need any other insurance, remember to text happy birthday to myself and wife and if I call the office for any thing it get solved that day.

Never met Mrs. Sarmiento but she keep me informed and reaches out to me on things she think I might need to know, not like my Allstate homer insurance agent, I only hear from him when home insurance goes up.
