Angel AC LLC, Rosharon TX

Been waiting for over a month for a part to be ordered. They then dropped the service request stating it "requires different expertice". This is to repair my furnace. So now I have to start all over. Would have been nice if they would have told me a month ago that they don't know how to work on furnaces. Giving them 2 stars only because the technician that did the diagnosis was a nice guy.

Angel came out to repair my dryer. His customer service was excellent. Need more technicians like him.

Technician came out in the morning diagnosed the problem said he would send to warranty company, 4p.m. Warranty company never received report and my repair was delayed, which was my AC with Temps over a 100 degrees.

Brody was so nice and professional. My AC unit had been down for a week and I contacted Brody because he had done work on a family member’s home. He came out and within a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. When he returned to do that work he was very fast and very knowledgeable about the system. I would definitely recommend this company!

Completely unprofessional, my home warranty company has subcontracted them to service a microwave, they came and said they just needed parts that would arrive in 3 business days. The parts never arrived and they keep saying they will arrive in "2 days". This has been going on for almost a month and because of that the home warranty company is not replacing the microwave. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Rodys Sanchez the technician came to do a diagnosis for the A/C and he was very nice, respectful, professional and communicative. He explain absolutely everything to us professionally and that can be understood. I would recommend him. He is a very good guy. Thank you Rodys Sanchez.

Rodys came out and repaired our a/c unit. He was the most thorough technician I have ever used. Once complete, he explained what he had done and what I should look for in the future. Very professional and courteous. Great experience.

Excellent service. Arrived on time. Repaired the problem thoroughly and went the extra mile to explain problem and any potential future problems. Gave maintenance tips as well.

We went through our home warranty & Angel was sent out to our home to see what was wrong with our AC. The first visit he could not determine what was wrong so he said he will schedule another appointment for the following day. The next day comes & He said there was a leak on the outside and unit and didn’t give any detail and left. He lacks communication which in my opinion is very important. He was respectful when he came and even wiped his shoes when he came in our home (it was wet ousting de from rain). Our problem did not get fix and now we have to pay out of pocket for our AC to get fixed. I asked Angel when will it be fixed and he simply stated to call my home warranty and find out! All though the home warranty did not fix the issue if he would have had a more communication we could have just went with him to get it fixed but he lost that opportunity, it is frustrating because our AC could have been fixed at that point of Angel would have discussed what was needed to be done. Instead she just left.

Please stay away from service from this people.

I was extremely satisfied with their communication, professionalism and quality of the work- They performed a dishwasher repair. I recommend and would use again.
