Dr. Angela Shedd is a wonderful dermatologist. She is very patient, kind, and thorough. She detected and treated melanoma in my knee!

I’ve had a similar experience to Theresa, I have called and called for an appointment and nobody will answer. I had an appointment last year and when I showed up, they sent me away saying I needed prior authorization, but of course I’d called before the appointment to connect with them and see what I needed, but I could not get a hold of anyone. It’s a shame because I’ve heard great things about Dr. Shedd.

I didn’t realize what a great dermatologist Dr. Shedd was until I went somewhere else. She is very gentle yet aggressive with treatment. I won’t go anywhere else again.

No idea if Dr Shedd is any good or not. She comes highly recommended by my mother's oncologist and internist. However, after 3 weeks of calling to get an appointment, I have had zero calls returned. I'm giving up and going to Baylor. Even tried calling the president of UT Southwestern and they hung up on me.

I saw Dr. Shedd as a new patient last year. She was friendly, confident, and made me feel very at ease. She quickly and as close to painlessly as possible took care of the procedure I needed. I felt confident in her skills and comfortable in her care. I just made another appointment with her even though I now have to commute from Dallas. It's worth the drive to see a doctor as great as her. I definitely recommend her!

My new patient appointment was great. She easily identified my issue and started treatment immediately. Her bed-side manner is great also. The patient check-in process is automated and so easy. I have since set my husband up for an appointment.
