Angelina Eye Center, Lufkin TX

So Professional, Kind, Friendly! From Pat checking me in and handling my name change and change of insurance through the examine and the final glasses adjustment by Destiny was a pleasant experience. Dr. Robinson is the absolute best. I am diabetic and a senior citizen so I am always nervous about any changes. From the minute he enter the room with his exclamation that “everything looks great” through the exam confirming all is good, he allows me to relax and feel comfortable. Guarantee you that visit after visit, by my husband and myself, the care is consistent. I moved here several years ago from the DFW area and this is The Best eye care facility I have ever 8used!

I love this place everyone is friendly and I was in and out quick. Dr Hughes takes his time if I need it and explains things I don't understand the girls that help find glasses are all nice too

Every one was very thoughtful and were doing their jobs very well, I never had a complaint of any of them.i had actually fell outside of the building and everybody was so concerned! I love AEC! I have worn contact lenses for nearly 40 yrs.so many eye exams. Dr Aaron Hughes is THE BEST! The AEC staff are professional, too! I even got a same-day appt!

Honestly everyone there is nice! Let me preface my review with, it isn't about the money. It's about the principle of good business practice and being up front with your clients. I really feel they nickle and dime the Jesus out of you. Last year, I paid $40 total for comprehensive eye exam, eye imaging, scratch resistant lenses, transition lenses, anti-reflective coating and Lacosta frames and cotact fitting/exam. Insurance paid all but the $40. This year, I went to these guys and I paid 120 bucks more. The day of my exam I paid them $124. Thought i was good to go. Went to pick up my contacts and all of sudden I owed them an addition $20 for a contact for conta t fitting. I'm like, "you didn't catch the first time, " This to me is ridiculous and unprofessional. Shop around is my advice

Great visit. Dr Robinson was great as usual and very thorough in his examination. The tech was great as well. Long time using this center for vision care.

Awesome experience all the way around. I was back and seen promptly with very little wait, and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was very friendly and helpful. I don't know how the experience could have been better honestly. Definitely recommend Angelina Eye Center.

Dr. Keith Hancock & all his staff are very nice & professional. Dr. Hancock is our eye doctor for both my husband & I, and have been going to Angelina Eye Care Center for over 35 years.
Dr. Hancock explains situations in layman's terms where it is easier to understand. I recommend him & Angelina Eye Care.

Today I visited Angelina Eye Center and this was a great experience. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I was in and out quick and there was no problem with getting my prescription in a timely manner after the visit.

My doctor is so professional he explains to me what's going on in my eyes and I think he and all the personal doing a great job they have good actitud with the pacientes so I recommend it the Clinic angelina EyE Center to my family's and friend's.

Being away from home on business, Angelina Eye Care was definitely a place that I was glad to have visited. Totally a class act with EVERYTHING! Would highly recommend.

My first experience here was not a very great one due to insurance circumstances. Unfortunately they did not pull up the correct insurance information and I was going to have to pay for my eye exam. The young girl that I was sitting down with to help me get my glasses after my exam did not seem to be very understanding or compassionate about my frustration. However everyone else that I spoke with at the office was very pleasant. After my insurance situation was resolved I was able to go back and get my glasses I did receive a call the next day apologizing for The inconvenience and misunderstanding of which insurance I actually had. I was able to get the money that I had paid credited towards my glasses. I appreciate it that somebody called me and let me know that they had made a mistake this made me feel better about wanting to go here. Thank you for making it right!

My family has been patients of Angelina Eye for many years and they never disappoint! Friendly staff and professional! Doctors are great!

I drive from Newton because I like Dr. HUGHS and the staff. They are always nice and very helpful. Also never have to wait but a few minutes. They get you in and out quickly.
