I've been working for Angels of care for 3 years and still making the same money I love taking care of the kids but I don't like the way angel of care pay.

Worked here for more than a year and it was awful. It was hard to find and reach management during emergencies. Please do not risk your license, do not risk yourself, do not work for this unorganized company.

I started working with Angels of Care in January 2019. Sean Sparks COO offered me a position from our initial interview because “Angels of Care was looking for people who would provide exceptional customer service because the people working currently we not cutting it and a lot of changes were being made. ” My skills and work ethic got me promoted to Team Lead in June 2019. Since I have been a part of this poor company, there have been nothing but changes. The company is not stable. With countless #s of “alleged lawsuits” There have been countless investigations and thousands of dollars of fines in the last 9 months I have been employed. Angels of Care is just like every other “call center/customer service” except the satisfaction of employees, clients, and nurses is non existent. I, personally along with countless others have made many sacrifices for Angels of Care and their clients. Working early and staying late. I made it a point to send text messages to Natalie Garrison who is the Assistant Director of Staffing and would have been my direct supervisor as a Team Lead. Angels of Care has been changing their model of how they provide private duty nursing and has been failing for months. While these changes were just going into effect my direct supervisor Natalie was no where to be found. The team that I was leading has been ignored for 8 weeks with no direction or guidance. Not one member of leadership including Jessica Riggs or Ashlyn Estes ever came to my team to ask how production was going or how they could provide better tools to help. Then last week the “entire process” was being changed without any consideration/input/opinions from the person for was motivation and leading the entire team, ME. Leadership sends Natalie into a meeting with my team asking for data that I had been collection for weeks. I speak with nurses everyday who are treated like trash and parents who are disrespected by the employees answering the phones. Jessica Riggs held a meeting with the entire staffing department to speak about their values #Halos She believes this is efficient enough to be considered “direction” from her. The people they do have as Leadership sit in meetings all day with closed doors. If you’re looking for a job; look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time working had for a company who will disrespect you and ignore you.

Parents I would like to address your concerns about why you have no coverage AOC is just lazy and do not won't to send nurses out. I spent over two months calling and looking for work they were plenty of families that need to be staffed I just decided to go to another agency to find work. AOC has plenty of prn shifts because they do not take the time to staff these families it's ridiculous and sad.

The communication in every aspect is nonexistent. The turn over rate in staff is alarming. Maybe that's why there is no communication. I basically have to staff my own nurses and then update the company so they can put them on the schedule. The whole point is to make life for caregivers easier, and it's the opposite. They are the most stressful part of caring for my child.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
The communication is TERRIBLE. The schedulers are TERRIBLE. I always have days no nurse comes and it’s because no one is scheduled but allllll they do is lie and apologize. Again i would not recommend -DallasTx

I have a severally medically dependent child and require 24 hour nursing care. I have been through a few agencies but none of them are as careless as Angels of Care. No one from admin who works there cares about their job and definitely do not care about the children they are supposed to be caring for. There are some good nurses but it’s not worth the headache of having to deal with the staff. I strongly encourage you to not use this as your nursing agency.

Do not like this company at all. They dont know how to communicate and they never find anyone to cover my shifts. I have dialysis so i stress how important it is and it's like they don't give a damn. Can't wait to change to a new company.

Worst company ever! They could care less about their patients. Will lie their way out of everything! Nothing angelic about this company!
