Angie's Flowers, El Paso TX

My boyfriend sent me flowers that had roses and lilies. On the third day, the roses were practically dead and the greenery with it had some type of brown spots on them. I’ve never had roses die so quickly. Pretty disappointed.

I had such a great experience with Angies Flowers. They made the floral selecting process a complete breeze. Their customer service was great—they were communicative throughout the whole process. Any questions or concerns I had, they were quick to respond. My consultant, Erika, was fabulous. All of their arrangements were absolutely beautiful, from the hair piece, wedding cake, bouquets, and table arrangements. Their pricing was good too. I’m sure my photographer captured better photos than the ones I got because my photos don’t do them justice! Highly recommend them.

Julie did an amazing job with recommending an arrangement for my mother in law. She is recovering from back surgery and we wanted to ensure that she had something beautiful, but not too big that it would be difficult for her to manage. She was knowledgeable, kind and super helpful with coming up with a card message. Being so far away from home it is great to know that getting our loved ones flowers is in great hands. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Julie!

I bought a thank you gift from them and I loved it it fast service the girl who helped me was Brenda she was really nice and knowledgeable about their products and had very good suggestions I would definitely purchase from them again.

I used Angie’s for my wedding. Everyone there was very nice and pleasant. Erika had good ideas and knew exactly how to put my ideas together. The arrangements were done very nicely.
I did find that the flowers were not very fresh. Several of the bouquets actually had fungus on the leaves (see photo) and all flowers started wilting and turning brown immediately the day after the wedding, so I really can’t preserve them in any way. My other issue is that their customer service system is severely lacking. My mom had to call multiple times every time she just wanted to make a payment. Apparently only one employee can collect the payments and she is rarely there.
Overall not bad and the flowers looked great during my actual wedding, but I think some improvements could be made.

Just wanted to say thank you for making my anniversary gift for my wife perfect. She was absolutely wowed by the arrangement. Delivery was super fast, Ana was very courteous when no one answered the door and she called me, and she waited to make sure my wife got them. Great service, great product, will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends.

My wife's family had a close friend pass away recently. Due to these difficult times, the family was not able to attend services so they were relieved that they could support their friend's family and send their sympathies through Angie's Flowers. Selecting a bouquet and placing the order online was quick and easy, and they were especially grateful that they were able to write a custom note. I just want to thank you all for a beautiful arrangement that is still fresh to this day and it was delivered on valentines! I always go to them for my online order through Teleflora. They disappointed today the arrangement did not look nothing like the picture, they didn’t even try to make it look like it.
