Don’t come for pick up, why you giving appointments, if your load not ready yet! Appt was 17.00, checked in 16.20.and still waiting, now is 21.20

Broker messed up on appointment time and therefore I was late by over an hour. But the folks over here put me in as a work in and allowed me to stage in their lot. I got a door in less than 30 mins and was gone in under an hour or so. Superb work!

I don’t understand how they even have a 2.4
I have been here 3 hours so far appointment at 10pm on a Thursday. I arrived at 8 pm the last person left a door at 10 and no one has gone in a door since it’s now 11. I remember the last time I was here it took them so long to load I missed the appointment to dro it off the next day. There seems to be no consequences for them even though they pay detention pay.

This is one of the most unprofessional places I've visited, was here since 5pm way before most trucks
And was left at the end. Totally will never load alcohol beverages ever again.

To bad that I have to give 1 star because they don’t deserve it. 14 pallets and I’ve been on this door for two hours and still counting. Not to mention the hour wait before I got the door. No respect for drivers time here. Pick a lunch because these people are very unorganized here.

Very bad service my appointment was 9pm i pulled in 7.40 pm they wouldn't let me park inside while they have over 50 parking spaces. She made me go out and wait on street for 1 hour then i came in checked in 9pm. At 1.30am they told me load is canceled never coming back here

30 min late because of traffic on a very limited timed load here Iam 25 hrs later waiting to get unloaded deffinately never comming back

I’m not sure what they do here but loading a truck must be one thing they are not very good at. Appointment was at 1pm and it took them 5 hours to load me. Try to avoid this place if you can.

The worst company ever I seen in my life. Even one star is too much for them. Guys ignore this place. You were going to spend like 4-5 hours here. I have in my trailer like 2,465 pounds, I came here 9.30 am for 10.00 am appointment time, now is 12.40 pm and they didn’t even start.

Truckers do not come to this place. I have come here a few times and today is the second time they have cancelled a load on me. First they tell you the appointment is for a later time than what your rate confirmation says, then when you come back later, they tell you the load is for another day altogether. They have done this twice to me. Today is the last day I come here. Also, they usually make you wait to get loaded. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
