I love this place! Got both my cats neutered here the staff are very nice and happy to answer questions and getting shots, spays/neuturs are so affordable. This place is great especially if your someone on a budget. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! I had my kitten spayed there and I was concerned the next day since she wasn't bouncing back like I thought she would. Even though I had to schedule the spay 3 weeks out, when I called with a concern they got me in the same day and took care of her. They knew exactly what they were talking about and by that evening kitty was eating and meowing as usual. Everyone was so sweet and informative I felt like they really cared.

My wife and I just got a little puppy 4 month old and I'm am disabled and can't really afford to pay for the shot's he needs and they are so affordable and so great

Courteous, informative and caring staff. Came to Animal Alliance, when I ended up with 2 stray kittens several years ago, and have gone back for spay/neutering and vaccinations multiple times over the years. My recent visit taking my neighbor's stray momma cat to be spayed, was no different. Her babies will be visiting soon. I LOVE ANIMAL ALLIANCE! Well organized and they have always treated my doggies very well. Also, unlike many scam vets, they are a nonprofit and do not try to rip you off with unnecessary services.

Great experience, nice vets, good facilities. I would love to have full clinic services there, but it is only for wellness/vaccination and spay/neuter procedures.

We have used Animal Alliance for many years now and they heave NEVER ONCE disappointed me! Every single time each and EVERY staff member is extremely friendly and attentive! We have always had larger bread dogs that people including vets are scared of.but no one at Animal Alliance EVER treated our animals or us like they were a killing machine because they are NOT! From the first moment we walked in EVERYONE took the time to say hello and get to know our dogs without preconceived judgement, which was refreshing! I tell anybody I talk to they should use Animal Alliance.it is well worth the drive! I just wish they could venture out to sick care as well.they set the bar soooooo high that it is very hard to go to any other vet office. To this day I have not found another office/clinic that even comes close to the quality and care given by EVERYONE at Animal Alliance. We love you guys!

Awful customer service. Called 30 minutes before my appointment to let them know I would be late. After driving for 45 minutes to get there due to traffic and living a pretty far distance from the establishment, I was told my pet could not be seen. No empathy for me or my pet. And just for the record IF they would have told me when I called from the beginning that I may not be seen. I would have saved my gas and stayed home! UNACCEPTABLE!

Brought a kitten I was fostering to be neutered. Staff was nice and professional.
No wait at all. Everything was explained to me and all my questions answered.
Prices were great and Mr. Bones was treated very well. I would use them again if needed.
They ask if you want to donate in the paperwork and I was happy to do so. Just wish it could have been more.

This veterinary clinic is very reasonably priced for spay and neutering and handle a very large number of dogs and cats every day and do so in a very professional manner.

People or very friendly, only thing bad is you have to wait along time to get seen. App.was at 10 and wasn't seen until 11. I no their busy helping everybody but it seems like it could be organized better on time wait.

Lowest cost animal clinic in the Galveston county area. Also great service, as well as spay and neuter programs for feral cats.

I know this is a popular place because I had to make the surgery appointment for almost three weeks out from the day I called! I had my puppy spayed here for a very reasonable price. The incision they made was very small, and she received a tiny tattoo to mark that the procedure had been done. Although my dog was not happy about having to wear the Cone Of Shame, her recovery was quick and easy. We received pain management to take home, which she barely even needed anyways. The whole scheduling, drop-off and pick-up processes were all hassle-free. This clinic knows what they’re doing and they’re clearly very skilled at spays/neuters.

Love this place. Affordable healthcare for your pet. Excellent staff, patient, friendly and they listen to what you have to say. I highly recommend them. They also have grant money if you need to spay or neuter.

We love Animal Alliance! They're always very knowledgeable and their facility is always very clean. I will continue bringing my doggies here for their yearly shots & heartworm/flea meds!

I got my cat fixed there yesterday and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for shots and micro chipping. I highly recommend Animal Alliance. They really care about the animals. After surgery you watch a after care video in the lobby so you understand how to care for your animal when you get home. They don't just give your animal back and that's it. That really made a difference.

They have been there every step of the way with my Wrangler to help clear his allergies.actually going back today to pick up his script.can't say enough about these great people.
