I had the unfortunate situation with my 12 week old puppy around midnight on a Saturday night. I found the Animal Care Clinic during a search. I called and was greeted by a tech who took my information and got with the Vet on duty. I drove my puppy to the clinic. There I was greeted by a tech and was moved to an examining table. The place was pretty busy with several dogs and a cat getting treatment. The vet and the techs really helped me in calming down and whent to work on my little buddy. Their caring and professionalism of the techs and the vet gave me the assurance that we would be taken care of correctly. Thankfully my doggie was able to go home with me and was able to fully recover.
I really appreciate the service and treatment we received from the whole staff.
Hope I never have to use their services, but if I do, I know we will be in good hands.

Make sure to get a printed invoice before paying they over charge and the vet had minimal interaction with our pets. Vets are money hungry and could care less.

They used to be great. The doctor was rude, arrogant, condescending and refusing to even clip my dogs nails, because the doctor was sure that my dog needed to be put down. Not only that, but the doctor's diagnosis/prognosis was wrong. The doctor that saw my dog has no business being a vet.

Check out the before and after photos. $138 later they caused her eye to become fully open and enlarged and they expect us to pay over a hundred dollars for another appointment if it doesn't heal in the next few days. I shouldn't have taken her to see them, they caused more harm than good.

P. S. Addie, I removed the review before I saw your email. I did speak to the tech saying this was unacceptable and I asked how much it would cost for another visit where we sedate my dog and the answer was it’ll be cheaper than this visit, but will still cost me. Y’all harmed my dog even after I tried to do all the right precautions and then emailed me to say I’m not welcome back because I wrote a review after I already tried to work with your clinic? I wrote an honest review about how you harmed my dog and your response isn’t to apologize? This review definitely stands up to the one star.

I love, love, love this location.
I started bringing my dogs here when I adopted my dog, Midnight, from Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter; as newly adopted doggos need a checkup within so many days and is provided by this location. Since the first visit, we’ve kept returning for several reasons. The people seem happy and are always friendly. The care my dogs get is always accurate and time efficient. Pricing is very affordable. I will gladly drive from even further away for the work these lovely people do.
