I was VERY impressed with our service from the moment I arrived. All of the staff are very professional and friendly and treated my nervous Lincoln with love. Thank you.

I was billed twice for a service, but I got a refund. If I hadn't noticed, I wouldn't have been aware of the double charge. Receptionist Kelly didn't take the time to verify. Be mindful of what you're being charged for because the receptionist don’t.

My new kitten had not been feeling well and my Beaumont vet (I live in Beaumont) said he was fine so I went to the Animal Hospital of Mid County (my parent's new vet that they LOVE) for a second opinion. And sure enough, my kitten had lost 1/6th of his body weight and had parasites. They gave him some medicine and now he's gaining weight, using the litterbox, grooming himself, no longer has a goopy eye, and is initiating play with his big brother.all things he wasn't doing before. Thank you so much to this vet and her team!
