Do NOT go here! They are rude on the phone and won't release my dogs information to me. I asked them to name me the law because it is under my ex's name and the lady refused to do so. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional and ended up hanging up on me.

The service was great but the wait was 2 hours. I must be fair and say that I was a walk-in.

We have been bringing our pets to this place since we moved to Bell county 8 years ago because We adopted one of our dogs from the shelter next door. Our pets have extensive files and have spent lots of time here. The problem is that they don’t care anymore. They are so afraid of my dog that they treat her like trash. I picked her up after a four hours stay for surgery with A LOT of blood CAKED, dried, and crusted all down her shoulder & elbow along with urine all over her hind legs. It was so bad that I had no choice but to put her straight in the shower with a fresh surgery incision and it took a good 15 minutes to get all the dried blood out of her short coat. It is obvious she was thrown in a kennel to recover from sedation with not a single person monitoring the incision or her condition. They are so afraid of her, they can’t even clean her up or walk her - and we have boarded her there MANY times. The old crew knew my dog, cultivated a relationship with HER (also were able to read her record to see she is definitely a female), and understood she was afraid and not a threat to anyone that isn’t coming at her with medical tools. I was charged $60 for the vet to pop their head in the room for 20 seconds and then call me into the hall to schedule surgery. This hospital now runs more like a cattle farm than anything else. I’m so sad that I need to find a different vet who will remember my pets and has staff that care about animals as much as they do about their paycheck. The one star is for the memory of what this once great hospital was before it was decided that money and numbers were more important than the care of the animals.

I went there with my neighbors cat. I call her (dog). Very beautiful place. Staff was very carand understanding.

I walked in with my dog and everyone was very friendly and helpful. My dog was seen by the Dr within minutes and he took good care of her. I will definitely be coming back regularly. Thank you

Called because my pet had fast growing lump. Sat morn walk in service. I asked if they would turn away a pet. Receptionist said they might cut off at 11 am if there were a lot of customers. I arrived 10: 20. They had cut of at 10 am and didn't care about my pet. At all. Another customer was waiting for lotion. Last time

Animal Medical Care is the place to go for all your pet’s health care needs. The staff is always very friendly and wonderful with my pets. I’ve been using them for years.

Love this place, vet tech Adam is always friendly and helpful. The vet however was not very professional and demanded to be pet the whole time she was in the room, didn't even look at my cats (see pic LOL). In all seriousness, I always have a good experience here. They treated me and my dog with dignity when I sent her over the rainbow bridge, always give me their full attention and time when it's busy, and the prices are always reasonable. It's also nice to see well cared for office cats and dogs, just be careful with the spicy office cat and HEED THE WARNING LOL

Not the biggest fan of their voice-mail setup. If they are busy on the phone you can't even leave a message and calling over, and over, and over just to get a human to answer is too time consuming and frustrating. Having said that the service is good, not a long wait and the prices are very affordable

We lost our vet due to his passing, a friend referred us here. My first experience with them was just like our old beloved vet. Very nice staff. Straight forward pricing. No trying to upsale you.

AMC has been a part of my life for 50 years! Dr. Crews was our first Vet, when I was a child. I volunteered there as a 12 year old, and worked there as a teen and adult. The doctors do their very best, the clinic is cleaned, the animals are cared for, and they try to treat everyone like family. I have depended on them for my horses, show pigs, livestock, my pets, and my Service dog. Highly recommended if you want good care at an affordable price. If you’re looking for high dollar fluff, go somewhere else.

Great staff of professionals that answered all my questions for all 3 of my dogs. They are super affordable. I will be bringing my fur babies back.

The Dr is absolutely amazing, the front desk is super helpful. They run at a fast pace and you will get in and out. The care for my pit bull after she tore is ACL was amazing. They surpassed all expectation. Love this company

AMC is wonderful. Reasonable prices and they care about your pets. Dr Black is very compassionate which is extremely important especially when you are having to make the tough choices as a pet owner.
