I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PLAN COMING IN FOR MEDICAL EYE EXAM. I came in for a visit for eye infection. They didn’t take my eye insurance for medical exam (they only take it for regular eye exam or eye glasses prescription), so I paid $125 for my first visit. I got prescribed with an antibiotic that irritated my eyes and worsening my vision. I was told to follow up in 2 days and I came back. I was charged another $125 for the follow up visit as doctor Toor put me on a different type of antibiotic. She said my eye infection went away, but the medication irritated my eyes and she never seen it happen before. I used to like this place and always come back for regular eye exam, also told my friends and family to come here but not anymore. I felt like it is not right the way they charged $125 every single time you come in to follow up. Dr. Nguyen who is the owner of the clinic said everytime you come in and there is any changes for prescription, you will be charged for it. For my situation, The only thing change is they put me on another type of antibiotic, even though according to Dr. Toor my infection already went away. I didn’t get any treatment or prescription for the worsening vision and irritations beside I was told to use eye lubricant. I am extremely disappointed and do not want anyone to experience this. Expect to pay lots of money If you are not responding to the treatment that they gave you.

Dr Nguyen is by far the best eye doctor my family have gone to. She is knowledgeable, precise and patient to our concerns and takes the time to explain ant procedure she is doing or any recommendations. Not only is she professional, she is also very down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to. I told her if she ever moved to tell me because she’s my eye doctor for life. My girls love you and is very happy when they go get their eyes examined?

WORST OPTOMETRIST EVER! Gave wrong prescription… cost me more money to have eyeglasses changed to new prescription from someone who actually knows how to perform an eye exam. BEWARE! No refunds here and she is not affiliated with Target! They won’t help you, since it’s an independent practice, although in the Target building!

I love going to Dr. Nguyen! The conversation is the best. Everything from vacation spots to home remodeling. She explains everything as the eye examination is going on, she is by far the best Optometrist I've ever been to!

Came with my wife. Clean office. Dr Nguyen was very thorough with our eye exams. Very happy with how we were treated. Definitely my new optometrist!

Dr. Hernandez was soooo knowledgeable in her field. She's very sharp and accurate when responding to questions and concerns. I totally recommend her service!

Worst place ever! Horrible customer care experience. Don't even consider this place, personnel and technical staff including the optometrist are very unprofessional, and lack of appropriate knowledge. Totally dissapointed.

If you are looking for an optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. I actually went to Today's vision for a check up and the optometrist there said my prescription had worsened significantly, which to me was surprising since I had lasik in the past. I went to Dr. Nguyen based on a recommendation from a friend just to verify if the prescription the optometrist from Today's vision was accurate and it wasn't. It turns out my eyes were so dry that it was causing my blurred vision and I'm so glad she confirmed this because I would've spent like 200$ on a pair of glass with the wrong prescription.

She spent so much time with me on my visual exam and was so patient, giving me time to lubricate my eyes, blink, and get comfortable so she could get the most accurate test. There was so much fine tuning and tweaking until we got to a prescription that I felt very comfortable with.

She is also so knowledgeable and gave me several alternative suggestions to help with my dry eyes, not just eye drops. Dr. Nguyen really listened to my complaints and took so much care and attention with me. She is incredibly friendly and approachable and it was wonderful experience. Her staff was also friendly and accommodating. I actually drove from inner Houston loop to see her but I guarantee you all, she was totally worth the visit.
