3Emily is the best sales associate! I needed an order and could not make it to the store a little after 7 because of traffic. She waited for me so that I could get my items for an important event the next day. Great service!
I got amazing customer service today from Emily. I'm super impressed. I would absolutely shop this location again.
Terrible customer service especially from their “store manager” Tawayna and another girl; Christina I’m guessing who is another supervisor of some sort since she had a key around her arm but didn’t know how to do anything like a simple return so her manager had to come by and help. Didn’t greet me when I came through the door and didn’t bother to come see if I needed help as I was in their sale section for a long time. Also there were no other employees so My guess is either the manager doesn’t know how to schedule properly or everybody quit because their faces and demeanors were rude the entire time
