It's a wonderful experience.my girls enjoyed the pony rides treasure hunt and lot of activities.

The owner is as warm and welcoming as can be. She was very gentle with the kids and knowledgeable. She has beautiful calm horses and a few goats, and rabbits, and all of us had a blast

This is the BEST place for an awesome pony party for ages 3 - 12. My four-year-old had her birthday here last November and she is STILL talking about it 7 months later. Carol is so nice and understanding. You can bring your own food and she was so helpful with setup and clean up. Also, I compared pricing with several competitors and Anna Acres is not only priced the best, but offers more amenities and animals for guests. We really loved the baby goats and the train ride. Not to mention, it's absolutely beautiful country in Anna. We will be coming back and referring Anna Acres for years to come.

The kids had THE BEST time! They were doing something the entire party and soooo many choices. It was fun ti watch my child have fun, too. 100% would recommend.

Carol was amazing with her 2 young helpers! Our party was suppose to start at 12! We got there early and Carol was already starting to setup everything!

Visited this place for Birthday party and it was nice family run laid back ranch with enough activities for kids to be entertained. Kids loved Horse and Pony riding, Train ride and Hay ride. Weather was fantastic and helped kids stay longer at the venue.

My daughter got a pony ride for her birthday and loved it! She hasn’t stopped talking about the horse ride, the wagon ride and she even got to feed the goats! Highly recommend!

I am not one to leave reviews regularly but when I love a place and I feel obliged to leave one, I want to do it! Carol is downright the best party host I’ve met. She was gracious throughout the planning, gave us smart tips to plan the party at Anna Acres keeping in mind the heat wave and everything else we needed logistically to make it a a successful, fun, birthday celebration mini road trip to Anna from Dallas… the place is nice with lots of trees and sweet animals all around. The number of activities that Carol and Mark have included for kids in the two hour period is simply fantastic and worth every penny. The kids left beaming from the party. As hosts/parents all you need to think of is food, beverages and decorations, and the rest is just there - to go have a party that your guests will be talking about for a while. I highly recommend this place!

Great venue for a kids party with animals or good location for a regular party or gathering.

I attended my Son's wedding at the Gazebo on the property. It was a sunny day but there was a nice breeze so it was bearable. A lovely setting for the wedding.

Fun, beautiful location for a party. The employees were very sweet and helpful! The horses and goats were amazing and very good with the kids and they had a blast on the train ride. Would recommend for any child who loves animals

Very sweet nice location. Updated post had a birthday here it was worth the money and much more. I did not have to do anything, they planned everything and had my child entertained. She felt so so special.

We came out here to do our Girl Scout troop celebration. We wanted something special for the girls and Anna Acres was exactly that.

We arrived and I was thankful to find how accommodating the set up was. Prepared tables, chairs, tablecloths, wood for the fire, even balloons! The treasure hunt was worth the suspense with a small gift at the end. The grounds were clean, no sticker weeds and surprisingly it was not muddy despite that it had just stopped raining 2 hours prior. Plenty of shade and cover for hot Texas days.

Carol is an awesome host. She helped me organize the itinerary, she’s laidback, easy, go with the flow but at the same time was on top of making sure I didn’t forget what all I had told her I wanted to accomplish during our stay, this was a huge help for me, and it helped me to stay aware of the time as well. We were a large group with 29 kids and 15 adults.

The girls loved the camp fire they helped build, we cooked hotdogs and roasted marshmallows, there was even extra hotdog sticks there for us to use. Girls bathroom was super clean with real flushable toilets, no bad smells, good ventilation and two individual private stalls (important when lots of girls).

There was a wagon we put the 1-2 year olds in and pulled it around, there was two play houses (the kids could have spent all day playing in) and even a child pedal tractor to drive.

The free ranging friendly goats were perfect for our 1-3 year olds that love to wonder off and explore. The goats stayed close to the barn but somehow knew to stay away when we were eating. It was actually super nice having them at arms reach making them easy access when we wanted to pet or even hold a cute little guy.

The rabbit made its debut shortly after eating chips, all the kids had food on their fingers but surprisingly the rabbit didn’t nibble fingers off.

Over all, our day couldn’t have been more perfect, it was all I imagined and more.
