3 office visits now and they still do not have my paperwork. Office staff never has paperwork manager does not seem to care then blames it on patients when its not patients responsible for getting there own records.also have never filled out new patients packet they do not know my history and still seeing me as patient I will not recommend this office to go to for another patient filed complaint with both insurance and primary
