Anna's Mexican Restaurant, Lubbock TX

Food was better than I was expecting. Got the daily special which was a good value. Closes at 8pm?

Chips salsa and enchiladas were good. I didn't like that the salsa would just sit out in a pitcher next to the computer screen. Anything could fly in it

I ordered my food over the phone.
I got the street tacos, Don Juan burrito, crunchy taco, and the kids burrito.
When I got to the restaurant, I asked for my food. They said that they didn't have a name on the order and were trying to figure out what I got. I guess they had orders mixed up. They said they were going to make fresh food for me. When I get home I open the bag and my tacos were cold. Definently not a good experience.

Anna's brisket street tacos are soooo good! Crave worthy! The street corn that comes with them is just delicious. The salsa and chips are great!

Great food and service! First time there. Loved the combo fajitas! Chip and salsa are great! We will return! I'm sorry I didn't take photos. Next time!

I don't typically like Mexican food but my wife said we were eating here. I like to live so I followed her directives. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated and it was not too loud in the restaurant. Our waitress was named Adrienne and I have to give her credit. She seemed to have half of the restaurant under her command. We didn't have to wait for drinks or chips and the food came out fairly quickly. I didn't see Adrienne run but she was walking as briskly as possible before she could have been classified as "running. " She did an excellent job and I hope her supervisor knows her value at this establishment. If she works every day like she did when my family and I were there, she deserves a raise. Thank you for an excellent meal and for restoring my faith in good Mexican cuisine!

The food was ok. I'm just not a fan of TexMex! Have lived in Southern New Mexico most of my life where red and green chilli and lots of spices are used with all dishes!
When you get used to that, texmex comes across as very bland!

My enchiladas didn't have any flavor at all. The tea and chips n salsa was very good.

The food was delicious and the staff was lovely! The building is rather old, but the food and service more than makes up for it. Definitely try it if you like Mexican food.

Just had lunch here and the food was great. Even though they were busy. The customer service they provided was excellent!
